I used to go to this recycling location all the time, it was perfect! Open all hours, easy access,…read moredrop off bins for everything. When they moved it to start construction earlier this year, I was planning on going to wherever the new location was, but when I called Brazos Valley Recycling to find out where it had been moved to, they told me they didn't know. I said how do you not know where your recycling locations are? After a lot of searching on the internet, I found an up-to-date TAMU webpage that says: "Due to the re-construction of Adriance Lab Road, the Recycling Center will be temporarily relocated to Fan Field (off of Research Parkway). The center will re-open on Adriance Lab Road once construction has ended."

1) There is no prorate and they do not tell you that up front, they just tell you that you need to…read moregive 10 days notice for move out. We just paid an entire month for 4 days. 2) Their online pay sucks. We were waiting for the prorate payment amount so waited too long to mail them a check, went online and made a payment. Evidently their system is screwed up and they never got the payment. We just had to pay a damn late fee on top of everything else. 3) Initially dangled a bunch of "free moving truck" and "x number of free weeks rent" to get us interested and we got NONE of that. We just went with them because we were already there thanks to their lying online marketing. If we could do it all over again we would NOT use this storage facility.

This storage facility is now The Storage Center located at 3820 Harvey Rd in College Station. For…read morethe past 2 years we have attempted to work with management to have the lighting fixed in the hallway where our unit was (yes WAS) located. It is now October and we have vacated this storage location. While the immediate manager appears to have attempted to resolve the lighting issues, I can only assume that the upper management of this company has complete and total disregard for the quality and appearance of their facility. Upon vacating, of the FIVE light fixtures in the hallway where our unit was located, 1.5 fixtures were operational. Other hallways at this location are in the same type of disrepair. In addition, the manager chose not to have us complete a vacating form although it still states on the exit gate that one must do so before vacating; nor was she willing or able to prorate for the month with 20 days left. We have attempted to have the lighting issues resolved not just for us but other renters as well. We surely cannot be the only renters that would have liked to be able to see inside their unit without a flashlight. Renters beware!

They were very gentile with all our stuff and made sure it was all packed correctly in the POD. After the move was complete they drove to a third location to deliver my washer and dryer to my mother's home. Again, did a great job. We will most definitely use them in the future!
