I had many local and out of town roofing companies come look at my roof to give estimates. I asked a local company in Fredericksburg if they would know if my insurance should pay for damage to my roof. I was told they didn't and I would need to get with my insurance on that. Well insurance had already denied me. Another company from out of town wanted to charge me $100,000 for a roof. I was about to give up when Liberty from HCPR left his card at my door. I almost didn't call because I was tired of dealing with roofing companies. That call changed everything. Liberty came out with one of the owners ,Tom. They looked at my roof and said they didn't understand why insurance didn't pay the claim. They fought for me to get the insurance to overturn their decision and they succeeded. They were able to get the insurance to pay for an entire new metal roof. I had a regular metal roof, but HCPR upgraded me to a standing seam roof which is one of the better roofs that is out there and is made to last. I had already completely given up, but they gave me hope. They truly care about people and only want to help. These guys are very knowledgeable and they know exactly what they're doing. They are honest and truthful with everything they tell you. I do not recommend anyone else if you're looking to get your roof replaced. This company is completely unique and no other roofing company compares to them or even comes close to their exceptional service and work. One of the other owners Marcus was around when the roof was getting installed and he went above and beyond to fix my side gate that was not latching properly. While fixing my shed roof shingles I was able to see the top of my two story roof was missing a ton…read moreof shingles. USAA sent out an assessor and they said it was covered. They recommended Soukup Roofing and Juston Edwards came out and assessed it. Have a quote and the next week they went to work on it. Their team covered all of my stuff and worked quick. Replaced my window screens, gutters, shingles, underlayment, drip edges, and even cut new roof decking for damaged areas. They had the shingles all off in 2 hours, main roof installed new shingles in one day, and second day finished the gutters (machine shapes and cuts to size gutters on site for a long continuous piece) and tightened it all up. Left it cleaner than they found it. The team lead was awesome! Highly recommend them! Professional and effective!
