As a client that spent tens of thousands at BWA our overall experience was frankly horrible for various reasons that would take an essay for me to outline. Just to give some examples, due to the representation we were unnecessarily sanctioned in a situation that could've been avoided, I also felt we were over-billed on numerous cases. There was a situation where we shouldn't have filed something due to statute of limitations but my lawyer filed it anyways and it was immediately thrown out, thousands of dollars wasted just like that. The section 8 lawsuit that I was falsely and unfairly involved in was quite a pill to swallow when I didn't deny anyone. How could they even legally do what they are doing. Jeremy and his firm were very thorough in walking me through everything and answering my questions (which were a lot) - and giving me the space and time to make a decision as well. They were really honest in how the prosecuting predatory law firm were raking people over the coals and honest in how these civil suits are setup that are inherently to favor the persecuting teams - which is why a lot of these cases become quite predatorial - which the section 8 topic has become. Jeremy walked me through all of this and gave me concise and transparent options (not what would necessarily make him the most money). I couldn't appreciate his services more during such an incredibly stressful time. I highly recommend an honest lawyer like him and BWA. He says he is a defense lawyer in civil suits so he is able to sleep at night.
