She constantly provides us with updates and solutions to issues that may occur. All the details of our communication were discussed during the initial stages, before getting into the development. A couple of key points: -On top of being super nice, Gary definitely knows what he's talking about and (this is key!) is able to explain it in real person English without using a ton of jargon. I really appreciate that he is great about explaining things clearly, especially when I have questions about "how does this work" or "what's the process for X?" This honest and clear approach to legal matters has made him our family's most trusted expert for general legal advice. -He also is great at applying common sense to situations, often able to intervene when emotions are running high and ask logical, calm questions that help focus our family and get at the root of what we need. -Also, I do really appreciate that he is very clear about what he is going to do and when. Other lawyers seem to charge by the 15-minute increment, but Gary is invested in his clients and treats them with much more of a relationship-building mentality than a making the most profit mentality. -Finally, and definitely worth noting, Gary has the patience of a saint. My family is not easy to deal with. If I'm being honest, we as a collective group are about eight degrees of crazy. But Gary handles all of our questions and all of our inquiries with great professionalism and patience. He is never too busy to field my random questions and always gives me clear answers. -His office in downtown Medford is easy to access with parking behind the building. I've been surprised at how many people throughout the Medford area know Gary. Most recently, I had a real estate agent we are working with tell us she knows Gary well.
