Kelly was the first florist to actually pick up the phone, and she was very accommodating. She told me she would find a way to pull together something tasteful for our friend. She exceeded my expectations. Right from the beginning when I contacted her for a quote she was professional & punctual with her responses. She gave me a respectable timeframe of when my proposed contract would be done & was very prompt. Unfortunately, due to my budget, I couldn't afford all of the beautiful flower choices/arrangements Alicia suggested. So I took a closer look on the Google and found Bella Bloom. The owner answered the phone just before close and took all the time I needed to order a few perfect things. My girl is goth, so pastels don't fly. I just saw a pic of what she got and they KILLED IT. What I didn't know is no one has ever sent her flowers before in her whole life.
