I looked at Le Botanique website and loved her site. I called at 10:15 am which is shortly after opening. While no one answered she called me back with in 10 minutes and she was just coming back from the flower market with fresh flowers! I was stoked. I did a mid size designers choice and honestly it was the most gorgeous boutique. She loves what she does and even explained the roses were exotic and one of the flowers was from Japan even. She has the best customer service, you feel super welcomed, and you clearly see her passion. I will no longer support any one else she will always be my go to florist.

Well Monday comes around and there is NO DELIVERY. At this point I want a FULL REFUND. I would have been okay with them attempting to making it right, by sending the flowers I ordered AFTER MOTHERS DAY, but they can't even do that correctly. At this point I don't want a credit or replacement. I want my money back. Please do yourself a favor and look at other low reviews on here and on Yelp. I wish I had before I had ordered - they mention the same issues. THEY DON'T SEND WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR. Make sure to ask the person you bought the flowers for to send you a picture of what was delivered. I'm sure it won't be what was ordered. Second time this has happened now!
