Wow. Incredibly rude encounter with this florist. It was recommended by my sister in law who is local to a friend who had just lost her dad, so I was looking to send flowers. I called and said that I'd like to order flowers, the florist asked "when?" I said this week. She asked if I had looked on their website at their designs and I said no, because I was calling with a specific order. Florist said, " if your sister in law knows my work then she should know that I don't do specific requests." Needless to say I didn't stay on the phone with her. We were looking to send flowers from another state and came across Kawa when researching local florists around Beaverton. Yeon's work displayed on her website was extremely gorgeous and caught my eye immediately! At this time, you are not able to select one of the specific arrangements from the website but can still browse past examples to get an idea of the different styles possible and sizes available. After doing so, we submitted a custom order with our color/style requests and left the rest in the designer's hands! On the day of delivery, Yeon texted us with not only updates but a photo of the arrangement (below) as well, which we also received via email. These were such nice added personal touches that were much appreciated, especially since we were ordering from afar. It was great to be able to preview the flowers before they were delivered and confirm that they made it to the recipient! The flowers were beautiful and Yeon fulfilled our color and style requests as we had submitted. The roses looked fresh and vibrant, and seemed to still be in good condition a few days later, a testament to the high quality of her work and service. They never answered the phone. I called twice. I finally just went with another flower shop.

BEAUTIFUL, MY DAUGHTER UTTERLY DELIGHTED WITH HER FLOWERS. I am so glad I chose this flower shop. After a bit of confusion on whether they were delivered for an hour or so, they were delivered and extremely beautiful. My daughter did not answer the door and the flowers were left at the front door on a very busy Portland intersection right in front of a bus stop. I was anxious the flowers would be stolen. Thankfully, a neighbor saw them and contacted my daughter who opened her front door and saw her graduation flowers. I didn't tell them not to leave them on the very busy street doorstep. Next time, I'll specifically ask them not to leave them at the front door, and leave them at the rear door where there is no traffic. Thank you so much for putting up me, I was honestly freaking out the flowers were left in front of the bus stop. (I apologize to the people of Portland for thinking you would steal flowers.)
