Wow. Incredibly rude encounter with this florist. It was recommended by my sister in law who is local to a friend who had just lost her dad, so I was looking to send flowers. I called and said that I'd like to order flowers, the florist asked "when?" I said this week. She asked if I had looked on their website at their designs and I said no, because I was calling with a specific order. Florist said, " if your sister in law knows my work then she should know that I don't do specific requests." Needless to say I didn't stay on the phone with her. BEAUTIFUL, MY DAUGHTER UTTERLY DELIGHTED WITH HER FLOWERS. I am so glad I chose this flower shop. After a bit of confusion on whether they were delivered for an hour or so, they were delivered and extremely beautiful. My daughter did not answer the door and the flowers were left at the front door on a very busy Portland intersection right in front of a bus stop. I was anxious the flowers would be stolen. Thankfully, a neighbor saw them and contacted my daughter who opened her front door and saw her graduation flowers. I didn't tell them not to leave them on the very busy street doorstep.
