Meet the Manager: Jody F.
Jody is the manager and head trainer for Byden Farm. As a competitive junior and young rider, Jody acquired skills and success representing Canada in university equestrian sports internationally, with medals earned in both show jumping and dressage in Holland. She continued to train and ride with Olympians Jill Henselwood andJay Hayes in Canada during her teen years until attending St Andrews University in North Carolina took precedent. Interning for top American hunter trainers on the Florida show circuit gave her an insiders edge on prepping and training top hunters but her passion continues with developing competitive show jumpers in a balanced and natural format. Today, all horses at Byden Farm are managed with leading edge health programs, top veterinarian and farrier specialists, and all are drug and mechanical force free.
