This shop is located near the interstate at exit 53 on I-10. This convenience worked really well…read morefor me since I had pulled off of the interstate at the Oasis to get something to eat when I noticed my tire was really low. The people at Oasis pointed me toward this shop and I met Melvin, one of the Mechanics as soon as I pulled in. They immediately got me into a bay and tried to air up my tire. They found that there was a massive leak that they could not fix but offered to find me a tire and put it on. They put in the call, and to make it quicker, one of the mechanics actually ran up to the tire shop and picked it up for me. While I was waiting I got to meet the owner Herman. He was super nice and we chatted for a long time about his shop, his previous career as a trucker, and his family. He even offered me something to drink while I waited. Super sweet guy! Then when the mechanic got my tire, he got it put on real quick and I was able to get back on the road. The prices were fair and the customer service was excellent. If I need any work done on my vehicle I know where I am going!

The mechanic waved us in and then did his inspection. He confirmed that we needed a belt. He said he would have to go get one. He came back with a pack of cigarettes, a coffee and the belt - it took almost 40min. This entire time me and my 4 children were waiting in the car, which we couldn't turn on so no AC, sweating in the June heat. He began to work...very slowly. He took over an hour to replace the belt. He then brought me a bill for $500! I scoffed and he said that he charged me $127 to go get my belt and $330 for labor plus the fee of the belt. My husband tried to call the owner, he tried over 20x..no answer! These guys are taking advantage of poor travelers. It is a SCAM!!!

The guy told me to come tomorrow and he would see if he had one that would work on my truck. He wouldn't even get off his butt to see while I was there if his box would work. I walked out to my wife we were going to Rockies 35 miles away. Made in to their buisness , guy jumped right on it installed box and thanked me for buisness. That was 12 years ago. Fast forward to 2025 needed box repaired or replaced. Drove 35 miles fixed problem, great people, great prices on trailers and trailer parts, most of all THEY APPRECIATE YOUR BUISNESS! I HAVE ALSO BOUGHT NEW TRAILER FROM THEM. Very satisfied with product and the people that sold it to me. Don't spend your hard earned money for A trailer, trailer parts or reworking your trailer at ANY PLACE OTHER THAN ROCKIES. I WILL DRIVE 50 MILES AND SPEND $50.00 MORE BEFORE I WILL PATRONIZE THESE LOCAL BUISNESS'S WITH TRAILERS OR PARTS.

I was looking into a Diamond Cargo 7x14 trailer from an internet dealer and decided to look locally. I spoke with this guy for about 5 minutes, trying to extract some information out of him as to the differences between Cynergy trailers and Diamond Cargo. He gave me a price that was $300 more than the Diamond Cargo trailer but with fewer add-ons. I was just about to tell him it was probably worth it to go ahead and order from him when he cut me off, told me he didn't care anything about Diamond Cargo, and if I wanted to order a Cynergy trailer to let him know. Then he slammed the phone down. I was dumbfounded. Everyone says, "support your local business." With treatment like this, no wonder Amazon is driving all the mom-and-pop businesses in the ground. I'll be buying my trailer from an internet dealer as soon as I verify their legitimacy.
