They never pressured the sale but were the only ones who were true to their word from the get go. 1st day was pouring rain so we went back the next and had narrowed it down to two, when we went back the second day he made us an offer we couldn't refuse, ended up not getting either of our top two and instead ended up with our dream camper for way less than anything we had seen or been offered! It was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership hands down! If this one doesn't last us the rest of our lives I'll be going back to get our next. I found this out while pondering the purchase of a used travel trailer several states away and was concerned about spending the time to go take a look at it for myself before committing to buy. In conjunction with buying another trailer came the task of selling my current trailer. Here is where America's RV Techs steps in. I wanted to be assured I had no unknown concerns with my own rig so I could put it out that confident in my asking price. I found this company on the NRVIA.org website. There was an easy link right there for me to reach out. A polite Shawna answered the phone and satisfied all of my questions. An agreement sent by email executed and a day and time established. I received a heads up text when Joseph was on his way. He showed up on time and quickly got to work. His thorough, multi-point inspection took quite a long time, especially considering that my trailer is not one of the bigger, more complex types with slide-outs and such. A couple small repair items were discussed and he went on his way with plenty of photos in hand to prepare a detailed written report of his findings. Per the NRVIA code of ethics, repairs are not to be done by the inspector. This company has another department with a Certified RV Technician (prices for this service are within market range).
