I would avoid this company at all costs. I took my truck here after a mechanic diagnosed the…read moretransmission with a code, showing the lead frame in the transmission needed to be replaced. This was about a $850 project. Well these guys gave me a decent price to get me in the door. After a week of sitting in the same spot and no response, I went up there and he told me some bogus story stating the transmission needed to be rebuilt for $3500. I don't even think they looked at it. I could sense that he was feeding me a lie. So I got it towed to another transmission shop, who fixed the original problem for the $850. It didn't need to be rebuilt! They said it was normal wear and tear. I've been driving just fine for about three weeks now. There is a reason it looks like a vehicle graveyard in that place... is because nobody's vehicle is getting worked on, they are just sitting. The original owner built up a great reputation, the current staff has ran it into the ground. I hate to think of the people that they have taken advantage of over the years. These people are a prime example of why mechanics have a horrible reputation.

When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told if I paid up front, I'd be first in line and my…read morecar would be done in a week. That didn't happen. A week turned into over a month, and I had to keep calling just to get any kind of update. Every time I got someone on the line, the story changed. When I finally got my Yukon back, the transmission still wasn't shifting right. I ended up having to get it towed to another shop to fix it the way it should've been done the first time. That shop had it done in a week, no issues. Now it's driving like it should've been from the start. I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones--but this needed to be said. After everything I was told about their "rebuild" and the money I spent, I expected a whole lot better. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere that stands behind their work.
