They anticipated things I did not think of and were so patient, even when I changed my mind on the vehicle color halfway through the process. They offered aggressive pricing and terms to make this fit into my limited budget. They treated me like a VIP at all times and went above and beyond by being willing to re-deliver my vehicle an hour away after adding on a requested modification to my vehicle after the sale. They patiently explained everything on the vehicle and made this such a smooth and painless process. I leased an XC60 from Byers Volvo and was extremely pleased with the experience. This was the third car I have leased after purchasing Volvo cars for years. My salesperson Ralph Marcum showed me several cars that had all the things I wanted such as front and side warning and cameras. After writing my review I was promptly contacted by Byers. The General manager assured me he hadn't seen my emails but was very apologetic and assured me that this was not how they do business. Since we live 2 hours away from the dealership he offered that I take my vehicle to a local repair shop for an estimate to get it completely fixed. I went to Byers and spoke with the salesperson Cortney. I specifically asked him how many times my credit would be pulled-he looked me on my face and said once. I advised him that I need to explain the importance of not having multiple credit inquiries. He said " we pull it once and shop it to the lenders! LIES!!!!!!! I now have 6 new inquiries on my report in one day! My score has now dropped 35 points and all he can say is sorry!!! Misled and deceived for a sale that didn't happen! read more
