What ever you do don't not pay them in full up front when you do that they we'll try to take there time and all ways have to much jobs lined up and when you take a job away from them they we'll try to deduct as much as they feel is right they don't not take responsibility for they're own employees they all ways pass the blame on some one else this only a few issues that happen it took 5 months to finish a job and still did not complete when you ask him why my would looks like they swear that they got the right wood ever though I told them that's not the right color before they installed it and this is would I have to look at every morning and I paid almost 10 thousand and this would you get for you money.

Our builder used this company to provide all cabinets in our home. Our builder allotted them…read more80,000.00 to use towards cabinets and surely Custom Craft Cabinets in Fayetteville NC used all 80,000.00. Later, I was told by a worker of theirs that they pocketed a huge amount of that money and gave me the cheapest cabinets possible and in ten years I will have to redo all my cabinetry again do to poor quality pressed wood and overly thinned out paint. Here's what has happened and how we live everyday...Our cabinets can not get wet. Not even a single little pebble of water. They buckle and crack. The wood warps and the thinly painted, overly mixed to thin the out paint, chips if water or moisture sits on one spot too long (about 5 mins) We have to use towels draped across out cabinets just to do dishes every day and drape towels when preparing liquid ingredients in our kitchen. Our guests think we are insane and thanksgiving is truly difficult to celebrate with towels everywhere. The hinges are warped from the holes that they were screwed into and our cabinet doors sag. 8 doors sag right now. If you brush by and your clothes touch the cabinets, you might take a chunk of paint with you. The only fix is putting caulk into the chip and try to fill the paint hole. (This is how they have told us to fix this chipping problem) We have addressed this numerous times to Custom Craft Cabinets and they lie and say that they will come out to fix it but never show up. We leave messages and no reply and we call all the time and no answer. Yes, they do have called ID so I know that they are avoiding my requests to fix this matter. We have had these cabinets for two years but all these problems occurred on day one of moving in. We have addressed this to them for two years and they refuse to make these cabinets right. Are they worth 80,000.00?!? No.... They took the money and ran. If any company stands by their work then they should fix their problems. This company does not. I am fed up and now warning others of the poor quality I received and the inexcusable way that they are ignoring me because they don't want to repaint or fix my cabinets. That would just be too much work for them. And surely 80,000 couldn't or would be enough to fix what poor quality they gave to me right?!? Super sad that I had to leave this statement but I truly feel that they have earned it.

Don't expect quality product, installation or customer service. Disgraceful…read more They weren't the solid wood cabinets I wanted and paid for. HE didn't think the ones I wanted were "fancy enough". I didn't want fancy. He cut corners on some of the construction and installation - cut boards under sink too short. He promised to do everything he could to make it right. Instead he talked down to me, as if he was talking to a fool. I'm not. He said if you take a door outside lay it on the ground and gets rained on enough, it'll fall apart. Duh? Everybody knows that. He continued saying that if my handicapped daughter's cabinets got wet over a period of time, they'd fall apart. My 60yr old solid wood cabinets get cleaned often. They aren't falling apart. He installed a cabinet over the dryer that was too big. He knew it. Doors couldn't be installed until it was corrected. He installed FIRST, then came next door to get me to see it. He knew it was wrong. He then told me that he could fix it. That caused damage to my ceiling. Professional? Dishonest "Christian" man. Do better.
