The metal top was dented and bent, which customer service blamed on the carrier company, after asking me to email pictures of the damaged item to customer service, which I did. BTW-The box was in good shape when it arrived. The fact that the fire pit table was previously used was NOT addressed and was obviously NOT a shipping issue, yet I still couldn't get a replacement. (I know it was returned and resold because the area that holds the lava rock was obviously dirty and lava rock dust was packed into the screws near the fire area.) I asked for a replacement top to be shipped or a portion of my purchase price be refunded or credited to my BB&B account. I was told I had to return the whole table as a replacement part was not an option. I agreed to a full replacement of the table but was then told that the item was out of stock and a replacement was not an option. Keep the set w/ the damaged piece or a refund, IF they see fit once I ship the large damaged item back. No thanks- I'll keep it and tell everyone who sees it, how BB&B wouldn't credit my account for the $200 damaged piece they resold to me. BTW - the whole outdoor patio set cost $1,400.

The next day we came back to buy a new cabinet and we seen three identical refrigerators put on the floor they had the shelves and the corner in them for the same price as the one I bought without the shelf and the container my wife grabbed a shelf and the container we went to the front and said that we would buy the shelf and the container even though the new refrigerators that were put out on the floor were $100 also. They refused to sell us the shelf and the container and we could not trade our generator that we had bought for the same price as the other three that were on the floor. I will never enter that building again the shaking of the heads and the spark between the girl at the counter and the man who was working on the floor smiling like a Cheshire cat shaking their head no I will never forget. Do not shop at this place they get their stuff for free and they're not very good people please do not shop at this place thank you very much.
