The first day he came to our house he taught us the basics of how salt water pools work and then he taught us and showed us stuff about of equipment we have from the previous owners. He even offered to fix a piece of our equipment for us. He's extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He also put in time to serve our country which I am grateful for. He's a pleasure to work with and he knows his stuff. Our pool was in bad shape and after two visits, I am all set to jump in our pool tomorrow! Yes tomorrow! I'm from washignton state so this 81 degree weather and 1,000% humidity has done me in. THANKS WINDWARD POOL!!!!

Was looking for a pool repair company & Neds company popped up! Read a couple of negative reviews…read moreso I had to write one. I can't believe they are still in business. It took almost 1 year to get our pool installed. So much time elapsed between the different steps of completion that left our pool with stains that cannot be removed. It was the worst experience I have had & we have built 2 other pools. Ned does NOT do what he says & the equipment he uses sucks! Had I known he was just the contractor I would have gone with someone else. Like the other review said, do yourself a favor avoiding stress & time & DO NOT use this company. Does not deserve even 1 star!!
