After purchasing our home, we learned that YammyPool had previously serviced the pool. We contacted them to inspect the system, configure it, and set up remote Wi-Fi controls. Despite multiple calls and emails, they were largely unresponsive. When we finally reached them, they agreed to a monthly maintenance plan. However, beyond superficial cleaning, they failed to resolve major issues. The pool loses water, makes strange noises, and the hot tub empties itself. They sent a cleaner who had no clue how to diagnose or explain the issue. On my second call, a manager named John promised a resolution but only offered vague updates. He also addressed me inappropriately, calling me "brother," then abruptly ended the call. In summary, YammyPool has ignored critical issues, provided no solutions, and continues to charge us while leaving the system malfunctioning. We expect a prompt, professional resolution or we will escalate further. read more

Our prior pool company sold to Yummy and it has been headache after headache. We cannot get responses from them, repairs take a long time to occur and only after multiple requests. In May 2024 Yummy Pools acquired my pool cleaning from GA Pool Pros. I informed the office and the guy that came to service my pool that I have a zero chlorine pool. The guy proceeded to add chlorine which severely damaged the oxygen plates. Today June 2025 and Yummy has yet to repair the damaged parts. I cannot tell you how very frustrated I am with this company as I have a business swimming dogs year round and have loss my business due to a pool full of algae. The pool cleaning was ok, but my fountain was often missed although I was charged for it. They sent me several bills for chemicals although it was included in my package. A maintenance tech came to my home to clean my filter grids and bent pipes, damaged my system and left my home and called me back and said he had shut my pool down because a new pump I had installed the year before was running dry. He was seen on my cameras. He called and said he shut the pool down and thought he had left his wallet in the area he worked in. He left parts all over the place and the system controls were left open. I was home and he could have told me if there really had been problems, but he didn't and chose to call me after he was over an hour away. The next day it was down near freezing and my pool automatically starts to prevent freezing, but couldn't because he had it shut down. Then they wanted to charge me over a $1000.00 to repair what he had done! Taking pictures video to my attorneys. Lawncare people I have used for years confirmed the the pipes were not bent when they were there a few days before the employee from Yummy Pool showed up. Avoid this company at all costs. I am not a complainer. This is the first time I have ever publicly posted a disparaging comment about any person or company. I don't even send food back at restaurants. But this pool company is the worst. So I was basically "given" to them as a customer when they bought my old pool company. Sounds like that's what they do. Gobble up smaller pool companies. Then it began with closing the pool the first year. We have trees near the pool so we have a net put over it. Previous companies would remove the net after like the end of November when all the leaves had fallen. Then just winterize the pool. They told me they would leave the net on til opening and that it wouldn't be a problem. "Just one flat fee for opening". We will get to that later. So they show up to put the net on. They leave. No net. I call them and they tell me the old water bag weights (put around the edge to hold net on) were dry rotted and leaking. That's fair. So I bought some more. They show up to put the net on again. They leave. No net again. I call them. And apparently the pool tech said he couldn't find them. They were sitting RIGHT NEXT to the pool. They are BRIGHT BLUE. I took a picture of the bags and the pool in same picture since they were right there and sent it to them. They show up to put the net on again. Finally net! I go out to look. Half the bags haven't been closed and water is leaking out of them. So I just say F it and do it myself. Most of that I can just chalk up to incompetence or the pool guy being high. But the story of opening this year is much more shady. They show up to do the opening. Remove net, de-winterize etc. I get a call that the pool tech said it was going to be a "more complicated" opening and that they needed to schedule 4 more visits at $60 a pop. So much for that "oh it will be fine. It's just one flat opening fee" promise. So I go look at the pool. It's awful. I can see leaves all over the bottom of the pool. Like a THICK carpet of them. "How do all those leaves get to the bottom of the pool if you had a net?" You ask? I think we all know. There is only one answer. They got dumped/dropped there while they were trying to take the net off. I don't know if it was just one guy (which would of course make it impossible to take off without dropping a ton of leaves) or not. But they never mentioned this to me. They didn't admit that they dropped the leaves. They just said I needed more visits. And I had to pay for them. So I contacted them and basically told them that was BS. If you screw up you admit it and you take care of it. Also what's this 4 visits nonsense? You come for ONE extra visit and clean up all the leaves. You don't come 4 times and clean up 1/4 of the leaves each time. Unless, of course, you're trying to squeeze some money out of a customer. And they immediately comped my opening fee. That's nice but it was clearly a "oh you caught us!" comp. Another thing. None of the skimmers were on for the first week of "opening" so the pool was barely cleaning itself. There were mosquito larvae in the skimmer basket, it was that stagnant. And it was something I had to notice and tell them myself. So they eventually came out and dude spent 3 hours getting the leaves out. Finally. They got the skimmers working. Finally. Over the next 2 days the pool started to finally clear up. Not remotely ready for swimming but at least headed in the right direction. And then they disappeared. I didn't see them for a week. The pool was cloudy again. So I called and was told (by a very nice girl fwiw) 1) she didn't see me on the schedule anywhere and 2) the person I needed to talk to was on the other line and would call me back. Not on the schedule anywhere? wtf? I'd been in the middle of this "opening" that wasn't even close to being done and now I'm not on the schedule? Of course no one called me back. I emailed them as well and got a canned response. Eventually they show up again and continue the "opening" process. After one full MONTH, the pool was clean enough to swim in. At that point I turn on the heater and IT DOESN'T WORK. This whole time, including the de-winterization, they hadn't even checked to see if the heater worked. So I fired them. New company shows up about 3 days after Yummy's last cleaning appointement and informes me that there is NO SALT IN THE SALT WATER MACHINE EITHER. note: there are like 10 bags of salt in the pool house which is about 10ft from the salt water machine. So again, this WHOLE MONTH LONG OPENING they didn't check the heater and they didn't put salt in the salt machine. So avoid this company at all costs. Not only are they incompetent, they are straight up dishonest. read more

I'm giving Yummy a "3" rating simply for the sweet staff at their office. Albeit sweet and trying to be helpful, however, there are things that never reach either our technician or the repair department. I was excited when they took over in December, even though we were told the pricing was the same as Milton Pools (yet there were hidden charges that used to be covered by our monthly payment to MP). Once they started servicing our pool, we had to install a new pump ($975) as we were told it was broken and that our prior pool company had "let things go". Once that was repaired in January, we realized that the waterfalls weren't working, and that a part had to be ordered and replaced. To make a long story short, it's now June 13th and the waterfalls are still not working. When I spoke to customer service back in March I said "I want EVERYTHING in this pool working by Memorial Day, just tell me how much it's going to cost and lets do it". I basically gave them a blank canvas to go in and diagnose every single thing that was wrong with our pool. No one came from the repair department to review our pool (even with my emails and phone calls). Yesterday, I was told that they would send out "Greg" who would repair everything with the waterfalls, the spa pressure, and diagnose any other issues to get the pool to 100% functioning. I received an email stating that it was repaired but that one other item had to be ordered. Upon my pool review today, the barracuda/cleaner is still not functioning and that was not even part of the diagnostics that I requested. The waterfalls still don't function and the new pump and one other pump is squirting water everywhere. Overall, they seem like they're way overloaded w/ customers and can't handle the ones that they bought from our previous pool company. I wish the ladies at the front office much luck. read more

Our old pool company moved majority of his business to Yummy pools. They opened our pool May 5th. Our pool motor was on its last legs, but Yummy didn't say anything about it. The motor died, we had to wait for the replacement to arrive. Once installed, we had to wait for chemicals to disperse. They just never did a good enough job of cleaning the dead algae, or brushing down the sides of the pool. And charging me $75 each time to do a poor job. These photos are after 3 weeks of waiting for the pool to be swimmable. They offered to come back and clean it again for no charge, but I was done. This company butchered us. We had to contact them multiple times to get them to come out in the first place (should have been my first warning). Then, they "accidentally cancelled" our account and didn't service us for multiple weeks before we realized and again, that required us contacting them numerous times before they fixed their mistake. At least got a "sorry" for that one. Then, a storm came and the wind lifted a patio umbrella, breaking the glass patio table all over the concrete and into the pool. They quoted us $1K to drain/ clean ("fine cleaning as to remove all the smaller glass particles from the filtration system too"). They drained the chlorinated water directly into our fishing pond, then they did not remove the glass and began refilling the pool while I was at work. I came home and shut the water off and hand-picked the larger chunks myself. Then, when we sent them photos and videos of all the glass in the pool, they did not answer. I am still waiting to hear how they plan to fix this. The pool obviously needs drained again. Please- go anywhere else. read more

We inherited Yummy from a company we really liked. Yummy has been great in customer service. The gals in the office are great and try to help me with concerns or scheduling as much as possible. It is a very friendly company. I am not particularly thrilled with our tech. She is not always reliable and I have to contact the office. Usually, she has changed her plans (running late, coming later, etc. - but she doesn't let me know). My concerns would be better handled if they kept me more informed. They did work with me when we were gone for a couple of weeks and I needed to make sure the tech checked water levels, etc. just in case there were issues. You would do well to hire them. read more

Was driving home on around 4:30pm today on Medlock Bridge and Pleasant hill when I noticed a driver in a White Pickup driving very Reckless and cutting people off the driver came close to hitting a young woman so she blew her horn to warn the pickup driver that he was about to hit her so the pickup truck driver who was a white male with a beard with glasses started flipping this innocent female driver off constantly at least a mile driving down pleasant hill and every time they came to a stop he started yelling at her so I pull up to see what's the company name and it was Yummy Pools on the side of this pick up please don't have people like this come to your home to clean your pool I have the license number but I will not disclose that information unless it's needed read more
