I called them and after explaining the situation I was told there is nothing they can do and that the groomer nor the person who bathed her noticed that one of her ears looked red and inflamed. Also, ear cleaning was a part of the service and her ears were far from being cleaned. My dog had gone there before and was serviced by another groomer on several occasions with no issues. The only reason I gave the new groomer Diana a try is because my dogs former groomer has alot of clients and I do not want my dog at a groomer for four or more hours.

She did a wonderful job on the grooming, the cut was good and she smelled so good! Tuesday was very happy when I came to get her and that's important, she's a senior dog and she gets nervous and anxious in situations with new people and a lot of dogs. The store may seem small at first but it's actually a really good size, with aisles filled with supplies for various pets, with a huge focus on dogs. In the back they have fresh food in fridges. Cat food is in the same area. I needed food from Koha, a higher end brand and fortunately Animal Crackers not only carried it but they also ask very reasonable prices. For your convenience, you can have Animal Crackers order cases of food for you. Getting an entire case of cat food also gets me one complimentary can - and don't forget to get a punch card to track your purchases!
