When you walk into a store and you're standing at the register one guys on the phone and the other two or three I don't know but if you can't take care of your customers why even open the store I got a little bit upset they kicked me out this is not how you keep customers you have to take care of your customers forget where you are on the phone . I'm a regular at any other Byrne Dairy and it's fantastic. This store is filled with strung out people, even the staff. I get out of work at 1130PM and had to do a few things in the area. Anyways, the amount of people who can hardly stand is wild. I pull up and debate with myself to go in, of course in dumb so I lock it and hold on to what I have. One guy outside while the zombies look, says wow fancy truck. I replied with thank you and proceeded to the door. A guy in a tan Carhartt holds the door and I say that you and he mumbles something and walks off. I go in to get a energy drink and a 6 pack to relax. I walk to get some chips and a dude was just sitting and wobbling on a shelf. "Ok fine" I thought, and walked back up the the counter with just my energy drink and chips and I hear the cashier say "look at this moth*****ker" while looking him dead in the eyes. I didn't realize at the time the dude in the tan Carhartt was the guy he was talking to. I get up to the register after another dude bulls*****g with the cashier finally shut up and left. The dude in the tan Carhartt stood right behind me. Yelling "it's a great day. Who wants beer when it's such a good day." I reply (he wasn't saying it to me directly, he was yelling it out in general) "it was a wonderful day but it's now late at night, sir". Turning to the string out cashier I say "I hope you are having a good night". He replies "yup, I was". I paid. Said have a great NIGHT (I yelled night). The tan Carhartt guy walked in the back as I walked out of the store. As I walk out a dude runs off and 2 guys were just looking at me when I unlocked my truck and drove off. Let me tell you. I'm 5'11" 230 pounds and I am highly protected at all times. But the amount of string out people, even the staff has me fearing I might have to defend myself, my life and my truck. Anyways, it might be a good place during the day but I'll tell you right now. Late at night this place is a hellhole. I wouldn't want any girl or any man who can't protect themselves here at all. Go to the Byrne Dairy on Route 5. This one's DEEP in the weeds of drugs. read more

This place is a dump. The store is dirty and staff can't be bothered to clean it. The folks that hang out around the store make it even worse. A few days ago I tried to get a sandwich made. I was the only customer and three obviously unhappy workers couldn't be bothered. I'm so disgusted with this place. I'll never go back. Does not deserve even one star. read more

My boyfriend (who so mixed) and I went in to grab a snack and can hear worker(bigger guy) making racial comments and kept looking at him. After we left my bf told me he is used to it in this area because he grew up here and that's how it is. read more

Pizza is Fantastic, store is clean, staff is awesome. They keep their items sorted and they even have three aisles dedicated to candy and an aisle dedicated to cheese. Plus they have that incredible chocolate milk read more

This store i would review as a 0. Normally i rate stores with 4 to 5 stars but not this one for many reasons. On my lunch i decided to order 2 chicken bacon wrap and also a chicken bacon sandwich. They took my order over the phone the guy who took my order could not even focus on what i was telling him which was simple white bread chicken tenders bacon and mayo on the side, he asked me over and over what and then said sorry i lost the paper ill be right back how do you lose the paper your suppose to be writing on. Luckily I got to the store before they were done making them both wraps which were made the same way had uncooked bacon on them and they took old tenders out of the case to make it anyone knows you drop fresh food when someone calls and orders food and when did they start not cooking the bacon for customers. They were not very friendly at all the only person who seemed to care was the cashier who had nothing to do with making the food or taking my order. I wouldn't recommend going to this store for anything you would be better off going to the dirty looking one down on lenox ave. i use to come here everyday on my lunch now me and may others with go somewhere else. Hope the manager makes there employees take responsibility. there are many people out there with no job that would be great workers no need to hire people that have no care and have no customer service experience. read more
