I visited A Better Smile Family Dentistry in Wilton, for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did!…read moreThe office is very clean and welcoming, all staff, from reception to Dr. Maya were extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Maya took her time explaining the best dental procedures for me, answering all my questions with patience and care. Office manager Kristen went above and beyond to assist me, making the experience even better. Their pricing is very reasonable, making quality dental care accessible. I've decided to switch permanently. I Highly recommend this knowledgeable and compassionate dental team.

Staff is beyond rude and offensive. They do not care about patients, they care about your money…read more Years ago, I would recommend this office the old staff was so kind. 5 years ago it started going downhill. As someone in their thirties, a few years ago when needing a flipper (paid for it upfront as he will not make it until you pay), I was told he needed to call my parents to make sure they would pay if I didn't before he made it. As someone in there thirties this was absurd and for no reason. It was extremely disrespect to my family and I and they did in fact call my father and asked for money. Years later, I needed a tooth pulled. They no longer take my insurance but I was paying cash and pay upfront and they again wanted to speak with my parents and have a "contract" for them to pay for my service if I did not. For what reason I do not know, I've never not paid for my visit, never missed an appointment never gave them any reason to act like that they really wanted money that instant even though I already paid! As asking for a contract from a 35 year old's parents in extremely uncalled for I've stopped going here that was it for me. Dr Dunham himself does great work but he's socially awkward and says very rude things. The staff has a sense of entitlement and will speak to you like they're disgusted. Customer service is not for them. Unfortunate I've known other people with the same problem here lately. To be treated like a child and told I'm gonna have you in dentures by the time you're 30 just didn't settle well with me. I don't have problematic teeth. Im blown away with the things they really said to me and how they treated me multiple times. I do not feel comfortable at all there.
