We usually go to Bed Bath & Beyond every 6 months or so to get a new shower curtain because they are better quality than what you will find at other retail stores, and about the same price. It's also nice that in there I can sit down and enjoy a nice leg/foot or back massage in middle of the isle by one of their many massage products. He made sure to fill the tub and confirm everything looked good before he left. I then got an email from Bob apologizing for the delay and hoping we were happy with the service. I'm also very appreciative that they are not charging us for the repair. Very happy that they turned around a messy experience, made things right and followed up to confirm all of it. I had to hire an electrician to wire pellet stove, refrigerator and lights as none of them worked. Looks like they tore them out from a "demo" and just packed it up. I sent a complaint to the BBB (which they don't belong because they don't meet the standards) and also the Florida Attorney General. There is also proposed class action lawsuit against them for deceptive practices.
