Complaint sent to the BBB. We had an epoxy floor coating installed in 2020. It started…read morecracking/peeling only in areas where vehicle tires sit. It has required "patching" in 2023, 2024, 2025, and is currently in a condition needing repair again. It is clearly "hot tire pickup", which the company's website in detail warns you about, saying it's from faulty installation of other companies - insinuating their company does it correctly and it won't be an issue. We were trying to resolve the issue with owner, Dan Blewitt, and after multiple emails he finally insisted the issue was with our concrete and not their services or products, and that we need to have our concrete tested/fixed and then he would replace the flooring. I sent Dan Blewitt correspondence from a third-party testing company, with no response. I requested documentation of EZ Garage Solutions' advertised 10-year workmanship warranty and any warranty for the products, with no response. I then had the floor tested with another floor coating specialist company, and that testing concluded the concrete was healthy. I sent this information to Dan Blewitt and asked for a refund at this point, as we do not feel comfortable having EZ Garage Solutions perform any work at our house. Dan Blewitt has still not responded. I do not recommend using this company. They are not honoring their advertised 10-year workmanship warranty, and are no longer being responsive to their customer's requests.

The unit installed by Florida Air was a Carrier and everything was awesome. The technician that came to install the entire new unit was punctual and very professional. The cost was extremely desirable. Thank you Florida Air for not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge.
