The salad taste super fresh, crunchy yet soft, with the perfect dressing without too much acidity. The best salad ever found in a little corner of Byron bay. Also order the orange turmeric cold pressed juice here - it will kill any germs in your throat with a strong dose of vitamin shock to your system.
