So I gave my urine sample and was told it came back as positive for methamphetamines AND pregnancy. I again reiterated that I had a hysterectomy and I was not pregnant and there was no way possible. I also stressed I didn't take any meds that would even create a false positive for meth. I said I would retake the test. And she said I could return in two weeks or sign a waiver . I was like well I drove a few hours here so let me sign the waiver! When the doctor finally came to talk with me... he spoke over me and didn't even listen to me. The place was odd. And it reminded me of a cult like laboratory in my soap opera. Never again!

Procedure went very well where the communication between me and the staff was outstanding before, during and after the procedure and the staff and doctors were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and above all COMPETENT! Excellent follow up as well once we got home which was greatly appreciated. If anything of a serious note happened to us we always head to the UM hospital network in Ann Arbor as this is the best health care in Michigan for my money. GO BLUE!

The parking at U of M is less than to be desired. Especially with all the construction. It does take a while to get the initial appointment. I think I waited about three months. He ordered a brain MRI and a brain wave EEG study, both of which were negative. He refused to provide any medication, saying he wanted a witnessed episode. My sister is a retired doctor with authorized access to my private health information. She reported getting into quite a fight with Dr. Alexiou's secretary while attempting to reach him. This is a clear indication that this practice is more psychopathic than it is professional. I had another episode in August 2019 that occurred while I was riding a bike and sent me to the hospital. This time I went to Michigan Medicine and Dr. Wang immediately linked my episodes to my developmental disorder. He ordered a temporal lobe MRI and a sleep deprived EEG study. The Michigan Medicine neurology staff was much more professional than IHA neurology ever was. Notified the referring primary care clinic about the problems at IHA neurology and recommended Michigan Medicine neurology.

She re herniated it 2 days from coughing since she got pneumonia . Her neurologist wanted a second opinion on what to do next . We called Doctor Geigers office and was told she had to wait SIX MONTHS to be seen by the almighty doctor since he thinks it is unethical!! We thought knowing we had a great referral from another doctor I would call again and explain the situation. Keep in mind my Daughter is 24 And has been through a lot this last year! 5 foot surgery's ,tonsillectomy ,back surgery that ended up with her in the Er from pneumonia and almost died before they had to put her on a ventilator!! Then a two week stay and weeks of physical therapy! Sooo rough year!! And she rehernated it from coughing so hard . I talked to Deb the Doctors personal secretary. He wouldn't answer my questions with anything substantial and refused to help me get my test results. He told me to request it from my portal and when I logged into the portal there were no results to print or even reference what he did. I am so disappointed in the care of this facility. I will say the front desk people were very nice and even the nurse that did most of my testing was good and efficient. AFTER the visit was also terrible. They told me I would be dilated for 24 hours and I ended up being dilated for 72 hours and it messed up my work and whole week because I was preparing for an event that week that I couldn't work on because I couldn't see anything up close. I also couldn't drive well and almost had to call work off because the light was so painful. UPDATE: The doctor wouldn't write down my results and told me to get them at the desk which he clearly knew nothing about the process because they wouldn't give them to me at the desk. Then they tell me I can get the results for free online. I submitted a request for my documents on my portal and they said it would be free. Turns out a week after I requested them they're trying to charge me $42 on top of the $95 I already paid. Kellogg and U of M is just a money hungry store where they won't help you. I'm never coming back here.

Those visits haven't always been the greatest because I always have issues getting refills for my medications in a timely manner, even just simple BC. However I continued to frequent the office. Huge mistake! I should have stopped a long time ago but everything happens for a reason. Recently, I had terrible pain in my feet and made myself an appointment with a podiatrist who properly treated me. They requested that I get a global referral from my primary care provider. I called my primary care physician and requested one but they adamantly refused to give me one because I hadn't been seen for foot pain in her office. I find that completely ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning. There are better providers out there
