I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. I try to stick to only bringing in those items with no stains but that defeats the purpose

The staff promptly updated me on the repair status. Once the repair was complete and the new clasp was added, they called me to inform me my necklace was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I examined the necklace and clasp, admiring its shine and cleanliness. The ladies are very nice, helpful, and polite. The gentleman who owns the jewelry store is nice and friendly. They offer watches, rings, necklaces, and many more beautiful pieces for sale. Plenty of parking is available upfront by the jewelry store and on the sides.

I dropped off my Maid of Honor dress for my cousin's wedding about a week ago and picked it up today and in total, I paid double what the dress originally cost me I don't have time to get it fixed by someone else before the wedding because it's in eight days and it nearly looks the same as when I dropped it off She kept insisting that I should loosen the bodice, but I'm a heavy chested girl who is not wearing a bra to the wedding so that could result in catastrophe. She wasn't happy that the bodice was a bit tight and on the other end she didn't really loosen the skirt as I asked her to and didn't take in Too much above the bum so the dress still looks a little boxy on me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, and I am bothered that I paid $200+ for an Alteration that was subpar is even worse. She legit charged me $15 for an eyelet hook that is $3 for a pack of 10 at Michael's.
