I had NO KNOWLEDGE that they had a 30 day storage policy, and was not told this at the time of drop off. These people sold off my tv, my kitchen aid mixer but those things are replaceable. The sort of things I can't replace like belongings of my family, photos, and heirlooms can never be replaced. I honestly find what these people did to be 100% criminal. Don't trust them with your stuff. They'll sell you down the river too.

However, due to the snow melt and the position of the unit, the belongings that were placed in the unit did get wet and we had water damage. This could have been avoided if Northern Montana Storage would have provided pallets. Instead they provided a statement in the agreement that they weren't responsible for water damage. I had to sign their form to be able to rent. The drainage around the storage units should be improved to prevent this water damage.
