In that time we had *letters and packages repeatedly delivered to a neighbor *letters and packages repeatedly delivered to another residence on another street which had the same house number *letters and packages delivered badly damaged * a package hand-delivered to my neighbor's child who happened to be riding around our cul-de-sac on her bike instead of to us, at our door. The child wasn't even asked her identity or residence by the dark-bearded one who works at the post office and did this thing. *the arrival of letters and packages delayed by over a week, *some of that delayed mail being important nutraceuticals sent with an ice-pack appearing at my door obviously thawed/ruined *mail never arriving *mail never arriving at our house, but according to the shipper, it did *not being given the actual cheapest shipping option by Cut Bank USPS staff on more than one occasion of mailing packages. It was truly like living in some USPS Bermuda Triangle. I've NEVER had such bizarre service - so regularly, so frequently - anywhere, in any state or town I've lived in. And all this lack of excellence came from an office with the most cushy (for them) and irritating (for me) hours that I have ever had to deal with. When came to our mail, I began to feel like I was living in Dan Aykroyd's Valkenvania, and that somehow, somebody at the post office must REALLY have it out for me. You see, living in the boondocks that is the Hi-Line, you learn to depend upon ordering needed and locally unavailable items online. Unfortunately, what I learned to do in Cut Bank for the first time in my life was to switch my loyalty away from always using the USPS first. My reality meant that I went on the offensive, deliberately using ANY other shipping option that I could WHENEVER that chance was made available. The plain fact of the matter is that in Cut Bank, UPS and FedEx are hands-down more trustworthy and reliable than the local USPS. As the saying goes, "I don't trust words; I even question actions; but I never doubt patterns."

Parcel was valued at 600.00 U.S. Just want to warn customers that this business will not take any responsibility for items going missing that they have received in good condition. Whether knowingly or without due diligence, both are unacceptable not just to clients, but also to legislation. They then stuck us with a bill of $1764.30 which we refused to pay since we never instructed them to bring these packages over the border. We continued to do business with them as they came to our warehouse every day to transport our e-commerce business packages from Edmonton to Sweet Grass. I thought the owner realized his mistake and dismissed this invoice as we were a committed weekly customer giving them business. In Aug 2023 the company threatened us with collections for this unauthorized work from 2021. Aug 25-Aug 29th 2023,they actively came to our warehouse to collect packages. We noticed after a few days the packages were not moving and we found out without any formal professional notice they were holding our packages.The fact that your team knew that our account is on hold, and then proceeded to pick up new packages with no mention to our team whatsoever on pick up feels incredibly unprofessional and calculated. I do not believe it to be sound for DYK or any company to pick up more packages for an account on hold.. These packages have a value of over $6929.99 It's now January 1st, 2024 and we still have not received our packages. As a business owner, I'm reluctant to write reviews but in this case, we just want the owner to return our improperly held packages.

Each email reveals a new goal line to be crossed. IF they bother to answer at all. Further, while other forwarders charge a monthly fee - this one charged me $4 a package FOR STORAGE OF THE ITEMS THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO SHIP. I still don't have my stuff, despite paying for these. I STRONGLY advise people to not work with them. There are many better and more affordable options available.
