My first lash experience! it was tough to lay there for a few hours, especially after drinking a gallon of juice before appt & having an old lady's bladder but I made it through - lol Graziel asked me what style I wanted, preferred a more natural look & she delivered. She cleaned, prepped my eyes before application then Took a long nap and woke up to be all glammed up. Raquel is the best! She is super informative and has a lot of experience doing lashes! Everytime I had a question she knew exactly what to say! She also kept checking in and asking how I felt which was so nice! I would 100% come back here! Also there's a leg block that helps relieve back pain when you're laying down. Raquel Is a lovely soul. the outcome of my lashes was partially great. I saw her on TikTok and she was offering a discount - paid $80 for lift, tint and tip. I let her know the last date of my previous lift and she said enough time had passed to do this session. The next day I noticed a few of my lashes were curled to my eyelid- on 1 eye. I reached out and she said to put on castor oil. I finally found some abroad and applied everyday. no aftercare kit was provided. I reached out a few days later and she communicated that some of my lashes were curled back due to the previous lift.she pointed out the lashes were lifted from a photo she took. I asked if she noticed the lifted lashes were during my appointment but she did not. Nothing can be done at this point but wait :( Raquel was very open to discussing my concerns and answering questions over instagram. I'm just sharing my experience. I was offered a discount but declined since now I'm scared to come back, I asked for a partial refund instead but those are not provided per the waiver signed upon arriving for my appointment. read more

Jen is the best of the best - I began going to her in 2017, took a long break from lashes, then came back to her this year and she hasn't lost her touch! The retention on her lashes are unbelievable. The girl that did my lashes was so professional and friendly! Shes where the 1 star even comes from but i am so unhappy with the lashes. These were from a week into my lashes being done. I have had lashes before and paid $175 and when i tell u my lashes stayed in tact and so full and lasted almost a MONTH! But these lasted a week. I had to yank that flipped lash off because it wouldnt flip back over. Half of my lashes are gone off one eye. Chunks keep coming out. I KNOW how to care for lashes because ive had them done many of times but this is ridiculous. And, the owner has this "better than" attitude. Instead of placing singles and taking her time because i wanted very light lashes, just lengthy, she placed these CHUNKS on one lash each & that it what i believe ultimately made them fall right out. This this my second time taking a class with Jen. She is so caring, sweet, and passionate of what she does. I love taking her courses. I took a refresher course for volume back in 2019/2020 and we went straight into the hands on part on how to make proper volume fans. She showed me different techniques on how to pinch a fans. Couple years pass and went back and took her tint and brow lamination course and it was so much fun. Very educational she explain every little detail from the introduction on what is lamination to the anatomy and the contraindications of brow lamination. I had been wanting to do lash extensions for years but didn't know where to start. And then yet again I had the urge to do some research and finally make my dream a reality! From the moment I inquired about the classes until the time I left I felt like I was talking to an old friend. An old friend who really knew her stuff! I didn't feel once like I was going to leave not educated and equipped with the tools and knowledge to start my own lashing business.
