The reservation system online is very convenient and easy to book your appointment in advance (there's a small deposit required to confirm the reservation). Parking is never an issue. The location is in an unassuming secure office building in "downtown" Fremont with a code that she will text to you ahead of time for 1st time clients. Her suite has a very cute vibe-she decorates for every holiday! Trinh is super sweet. You lay down on a super soft foam platform for your service-don't be surprised if you find yourself nodding off to sleep! I really wish it worked out with Trinh for me. To preface, I needed a new lash tech because my original girl is on maternity leave. I decided to go with Trinh because I liked the photos of her mega volume work + all of her 5-star Yelp reviews. Let's start with the pros, which there are. She's quick to respond and I appreciated how she didn't charge me for a full set and lash removal since I had lashes on from my prior artist. Instead, she treated it like a fill and she also nailed the style too. Parking is abundant at her location, and it is very tranquil in there with jazz/spa music playing in the background. Trinh herself is very sweet and was easy to talk to. The bed was also really comfortable. I historically have only gone to 2 lash artists, including Trinh, so I don't have much experience with the rights, wrongs, and inner workings of lash extensions. That being said, I just went with and trusted the process the first time around with her which was 3 weeks ago. When she applied the gel pads and tape(?) to seal my eyes, one of the two rubbed my waterline. During the appointment, my eyes burned the whole time, but I wasn't sure if this was normal or not. With my prior tech, my eyes never burned during the process. That night, my eyes grew increasingly red. The next morning, I woke up to the lower region of my right eye feeling sore as well as both eyes being bloodshot red. I quickly went to purchase some eyedrops to use, and thankfully this cleared up the next day. That whole day though, to which I had an event to go to, it was very uncomfortable and I was paranoid they wouldn't go away and I'd go blind or something. I provided Trinh this feedback and she was apologetic and understanding about it, letting me know that she'd be more careful for our next appointment. Flash forward to yesterday's actual appointment, she did readjust the placements for me twice and checked in on me if I was comfortable. I let her know that I did still feel as if something was touching my eyeballs, but she assured me that she checked and nothing was touching. Gradually, I started to feel a bit of burning again for both eyes, to which I told her and asked if this was normal. She responded that it was normal. At the end, Trinh affirmed that my eyes were red and she applied eye drops. She told me that this happens with "sensitive" clients, but I've gotten lash extensions for over a year and this has NEVER happened to me, nor was I ever told that my eyes were sensitive. My eyes continued to burn throughout the night, especially when I was trying to sleep, and this morning they are, again, red towards the bottom. Definitely not as egregious as last time, but still notably red and agitated. I'm no lash expert but I definitely don't believe this is normal and will not be returning back for the sake of my eye health. This was just my own experience; it looks like others may have different ones, but I did want to provide visibility. read more

I needed a lash refill the same day - my regular place was booked so I came onto Yelp looking for a place that could take me. Trinh was super responsive - she texted to let me know her availability and confirmed she accepts Zelle and Venmo. The location is on the 2nd floor of a medical building, which looks kinda scary lol but when you walk into her office, it's like stepping into a different world. Super clean, modern, smelled liked a spa and had some calming music in the background. Trinh greeted me warmly and evaluated my lashes to determine the cost of a fill. (Glad she didn't charge an extra fee for it being done at another salon). I was very much surprised to see there was only one bed, which meant it was only ME in there! I am so used to going to get my lashes done at nail salons where it's a bit noisy and chatty so this serene environment was absolutely perfect. The lash bed was super comfortable. There's a basket at the end of the bed to keep my personal items. Trinh started off with washing my lashes - she was super gentle and thorough. Honestly after that I fell asleep lol I was so relaxed! When i woke up, i noticed she was doing a couple of steps there at the end that i wasn't familiar with. I should have asked what it was, but It was like she was sealing the lashes a bit more? Loved my lashes and love the deal going on now for $30 off new clients! This spot is located in a small building where Trinh rents out a room for her lash clients. She was super friendly when I showed up a few min earlier than scheduled, and she accommodated me. She asked me what length, volume, and style I wanted. I went a little out of my comfort and opted for hybrid wispy, which is ~$130 for hybrid and $10 extra for wispy. With the $30 deal, I was able to get it for $110 which is quite a steal. The lashes took a bit faster than another spot that did my classic lashes, which was surprising! It took me about 1.5 hour to get my lashes done. Trinh was very careful and made the experience quite relaxing. I appreciated the soft music in the background. I did doze off a bit during the time, it was that relaxing! My lashes came out beautiful, everybody complimented them at the wedding I attended the next day. I also get some comments on my food videos as I create food content, people can truly tell its quality lashes! I'll definitely be back here and get her again.
