Daughter took us here for our first meal in Ireland. France and Ireland were playing in the six nations rugby tournament so anywhere that had a tv would have been impossible to get in. Solid options, including burgers and chicken with a variety of topping. I had the Sun Blush which was...solid. Nothing amazing but a decent burger. The onion rings were good, nice and crispy. The wife enjoyed the chicken and the fries, though she ditched the bacon. Son enjoyed his rather plain bacon cheeseburger. Daughter is a big fan of the garlic mayo. Service was prompt and friendly.
We came in for lunch one day and weren't sure how the service worked. We ended up ordering at the bar, but were then informed they will wait on you at your table, lol. We started with nachos and wings then we each had burgers with fries. Everything was good.
Came here on vacay and this place was decked out for Halloween, love the decor. I got the piri piri chicken wrap which was so good. It wasn't spicy but it was well season grilled chicken and the wrap was decent sized. My friend and I split the onion rings which hit the spot. Prices were reasonable and their burgers looked massive!
While visiting Ireland after a couple days of Irish food we were really craving a burger. Bobo's has a couple locations around Dublin but this one was the closest one to us, so we stumbled in to try some good Irish Burgers. The price point is quiet high but I think the quality is there for a gourmet burger. It's quiet a large burger so i'd highly recommend cutting it so that you can enjoy all the flavors without disassembling your burger trying to eat it in the process. I got the Sex on the Farm burger with a side of half fries and half onion rings, my boyfriend tried a Cheeseburger. The burgers were delicious and a nice treat!
What an incredible burger! We were looking for a quick bite before heading back to our hotel and this was delicious. We got the standard hamburger and you can absolutely taste the difference with Irish beef. Service was good and this spot was very cozy.
Awesome brunch - very filling and helped prior to a 11 hour flight back to the states. Also kid friendly. Coffee was good for Irish coffee. The section is split into two so if you are sitting in the family section service can be slow as most folks sit in the bar area. Otherwise food was incredibly good and will be back next time I am in Ireland!
Get in my tummy!! This place was PERFECT. Quick and attentive service, great atmosphere, jimmy johns fast and the burgers... Best I've ever had. I had the Sun Blush burger with beyond meat and it was perfection. The chorizo and mozzarella were an amazing combo. My hubby had the apple wood burger and he was in heaven. Bill came out to about 60 pounds ($75) with tip and so worth it. Not much to say honestly. It was just perfect. Highly recommended!!!
Very cool decor. Delicious, unique, grassfed burgers. Mimosa and drink specials. Different servers wait on you so anyone who walks by asks if you need something.
Their Landsdown Burger is good but it is not worth the price! If you are craving a good burger with Blue Cheese, this is good. My daughter ordered the Hawaiian burger. She did not care for it because the slice of pineapple was cold on the burger. If they had grilled the pineapple, it would have been an amazing burger. This burger is not the Hawaiian experience you expect. The beef is good! (12-28-21)
Food was very good, but service was slow. Very cute atmosphere as well! I would definitely recommend a burger from here if you're in the mood for one.

While there aren't many places in Dublin to compare it to, Bóbós Burgers makes fantastic and unique 100% Gormet local Irish burgers. We ordered the Imancipator, and Sex on the Farm. Both were delicious with a side of outstanding cheese fries. Of course we also had to try the banana split! So gooood. There was indoor and outdoor seating with several tables. It was busy but had a good atmosphere with clever and unique decor.
Good burgers. Not too busy. Drinks weren't my favorite. I liked the nachos a lot. I would come back.

I don't usually give five-star ratings, but this place absolutely earned it. The food was delicious, and the burgers were HUGE. My boyfriend and I ordered the Dubliner and the Dutch--both were amazing. He preferred the Dubliner (probably because of the pickles), but honestly, you can't go wrong with either. We also had a half pint of Guinness, and let me tell you--Guinness in Dublin just hits different. So smooth and rich. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even better. This was the perfect way to kick off my first night in Dublin. Highly recommend! read more

While visiting Dublin, my husband and I began craving a tasty burger. We are Americans and love a good burger. One of the best burgers ever! Not kidding. The brioche roll with their name burned on top was a nice touch! Good quality ingredients and the fries / chips were equally good! So glad we stopped in! read more
My fiancee and I were talking around Dublin and we saw this place offered full Irish Breakfast. I know my fiancee got the Full English breakfast, but I can't remember which breakfast I got because I had bacon, but no black pudding or hash brown. Whichever one it was, I enjoyed it immensely. I feel like it's not as heavy as American breakfast. Where American breakfast makes you feel really full and like crap after, this breakfast is just heavy enough to make you feel full but not feel like crap. Maybe it's the beans, but I'm not sure. But this was sort of a random find. There was a sign outside the restaurant saying they offered the breakfast for a good price, that's why we went in. I think the place is more of a burger place, so if I ever return, I'll try their burgers. read more

Came here on a busy Friday night. After a brief wait, we were seated by the friendly staff. We were disappointed in the restrictive conditions regarding the use of the Groupon, and were unable to use the deal on this visit. We were, however, pleased by the vast array of burger choices. I went with The Horseradish which features blue cheese and caramelized onions. The fries and onion rings rounded out the meal nicely. Overall, it was a better than average experience, but this isn't my go-to burger in Dublin. For that, you need to check out my other reviews. read more
This was the first restaurant I ate at during my visit to Ireland. My sister and I came into the city center starving and looking for a good place to eat. There were way to many things to choose from so we just settled with a burger joint because who doesn't love a good burger? We walked in to be seated right away. Luckily we came in between lunch hour and dinner hour so it wasn't packed. Our waitress was friendly and took our orders right away. We got our food pretty quickly as well! We both ordered something different so we could share. I ordered the hawaiian because I love pineapple. She ordered the Applewood. I'd say they both were pretty delicious. I loved the sweet kick the pineapple added to the burger. We also got chips (fries) as a side, obviously. Huge fry guy over here! As we were finishing up, we noticed the downpour that started (typical Ireland.) We payed for our bills and just hung out until the rain stopped. Luckily they weren't packed so we didn't have to give up our table quickly. Overall, I suggest visiting here if you want a good burger with many different varieties! read more

Very delicious burgers! Restaurant isn't too crowded which is nice, even though it is on a busy street. Free WiFi is a plus. Our waitress was quick and friendly. Portions are big enough for one very hungry person. I ordered the Humpty Dumpty, which came with fried egg, bacon, and caramelized onions. It was mouthwateringly good! I love that it came with a good portion of rocket (greens) on top. Also ordered curry fries and garlic fries on the side. The curry fries are amazing- must try! Fries come in large portions so good for sharing. read more
I had the Humpty Dumpty burger with a side of sweet potato fries and some Bobo's sauce. It was all so delicious. The burger was juicy and the fries were perfectly fried. The waitresses were very attentive and I was able to order, eat, and pay, in a timely matter. The atmosphere is also relaxed and they have a selection of great beers on their menu. Nice place to eat with others or alone. If I lived in Dublin I would definitely come back. read more

I really like to have loved this burger joint but unfortunately this is not the case. Service was friendly and efficient, and prices reasonable. However the quality of the food let the place down. The burger fillings were tasty, but the buns were flimsy and could not hold up to the sauce very well, resulting in a gloopy base and a horribly messy eating process. I had the Dubliner and my mate the Colm and it happened to both of us (and the other neighbouring tables!) so it's not a one-off thing. The skinny chips were a bit of a mixed bag - the crispy ones were delicious with rosemary salt but there are more than a few soggy (and slightly cold) ones. With Jo'Burger and The Counter around the corner, I'm not sure I'll be visiting here again. read more

Tables and chairs excite us, well at least the table and chairs in the new Bobos did anyway. A small bug bear of mine regarding the original Bobos on Wexford street is the high tables and stools they have there. They are awkward and small, but the burgers are yum. So when we passed the new Bobos and saw that they had regular tables and chairs, we exchanged excited looks (it's the small things). And the next time we found ourselves in town in need of a feed, we made a bee line for Bobos. I had the Half n Half, onion rings and chips with dips. I also went for the chocolate milkshake. Both rocked, but as usual the milkshake was excellent. And I finally remembered to ask for a spoon so I could feed myself the chocolate yumminess like a meal. Service was grand too. Very friendly and nice, quick too. read more

Available indoor and outdoor seating. Covid cards checked. Table sanitation infront of us. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with everything on the side. The burger was seasoned well. Half and half onion rings and fries were crisp. Chocolate malt could have been thicker but tasted great! read more
Probably one of the best burgers I've had but they should reconsider the size of the bun and let the beef moo for itself. The quality of the beef was excellent and I prefer it old school with just cheese but they have lots of options. The skinny fries were good but could have been crispy and the rosemary sprinkled on them gave a nice twist. If beef is not your thing then they have chicken fish and some vegetarian options. Service was alright but a tad slow and bit disjointed. I will be back. read more
Did a little research on this place before our Irish Adventure. Read good reviews and my wife and I were not disappointed. I had "langsdowne burger" complete with creme fraiche. The meat, cooked perfectly, veggies were very fresh and the "skinny fries" with rosemary salt were delicious. My wife had a portobello mushroom lettuce wrap which she loved. It came with arugula, sweet potatoes beets and roasted peppers. She washed it down with a carrot ginger apple juice that was also great. Definitely a place to visit if in Dublin. The wait staff could have used an attitude adjustment , but I'm getting the feeling the world is just angry and doesn't want to work anymore. read more

Whenever I feel like having a good juicy burger I always go to Bóbós . The burgers are huge and super tasty. I ordered the "Colm" with bacon and guacamole (my favourite, really delicious ) and Half and Half ( half chips half onion rings) as side. It was such a big meal I could barely finish it. The burger was in fact so big I struggled a bit eating it "the proper way" (with my hands) instead of cutting it, but it was totally worth it. I took two friends from Australia here too and they both agreed it was probably the best burger they have ever had. The prices are quite reasonable too and I love that everything is "cow themed". From the daisy field mosaic floor tiles to the cows painted on the walls (even though I did feel a bit guilty eating that juicy burger while staring at a painting of a cow). Will keep coming here, love this place. read more
If you want a good quality burger, go to Bóbós! Burger menu has a large variety. I picked the bacon cheese burger and my friend had the sun blush burger, both really good. Oh and burgers here are HUGE so you get your money's worth. The Aioli sauce that you get with Aioli chips is to die for!!!!! Only thing is the place and atmosphere is really just a glorified diner, not a restaurant:/ read more
Came here on a whim. We were all super hungry just strolling the streets looking for some good grub. This place looked busy and had some eye catching signs posted on the outside. We popped into see if they had any free tables and they did. As we were waiting for it to be cleaned up a couple burgers "walked" by us and they looked super yummy! We were increasingly getting excited to chow down. The menu is huge. Tons of great options back and front. This made it very difficult to decide. There's an option for everyone - beef, pork, chicken, fish and even some veggie options. We ended up ordering an Emancipator burger and a Humpty Dumpty burger. Both were super amazing!! On the downside the burgers do not come with a side so you have to purchase that separately. (And everything is pretty pricey) We ordered only one side of chubby fries as we did not think we would get through a huge burger and a side of fries each so we decided to share. Although the burgers were pretty great - meat was fresh and lots of good crisp ingredients - the bun is quite big. I prefer a smaller bun or thinner so you really focus on the flavour of the burger meat itself. However the bun was fresh so it didn't really take away from the overall flavour. I also ordered a cappuccino which was only ok. It was a bit too milky and not quite hot enough for me so I doubt I would order that again from here. And service is ok, nothing great. It can be a bit slow and they don't always come to check on you - during the meal or after to give or collect the bill. This is why they lose 1 star. Overall, it was a great meal and we would definitely come back if we happened to be in the area again. Go ahead and give Bobos a try!! read more
