I genuinely dread having to come to this location. It's the only one around, which is the only…read morereason it's still in business because people don't have a choice. I just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to ask a simple question of "are you accepting Amazon returns today?" Since apparently that changes based on mood, staffing, or whatever excuse is convenient that day. Half the time I drive there, I'm told no. The other half, it's magically fine. Calling ahead would solve that... except no one answers the phone. So instead, I get to waste my time driving there where I know I'll be met with a rude, annoyed employee or two who act like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. After reading the other reviews, it's obvious this isn't just a me problem and this place is just consistently bad. At this point it's almost impressive how unfriendly and unhelpful the service is. It's almost comical and I would love to work here just to see why everyone stays when they are clearly miserable.

One of the employees told me, "they are over there in aisle 3". I felt totally dismissed especially when I was trying to get the attention of another employee, who was much more interested in going to talk to a coworker. It's really sad, because the other stores that I visited were amazing.
