I had to ship a very small box feather weight, they asked for over 35$ when I asked I ship this for way less before they said its Christmas time, i left and went to USPS that is literaly 1 minute away, I paid $8.35 with tracking so this store is basically using christmas times to make us pay almost 4 times the amount. Isn't this price gouging? also the guy that helped me didn't greet me and sounded half asleep. So if you can just go to usps and don't let these THIEVES steal your money. Am about to see how I can report them to the better business burreau. read more

Not sure if this is the exact UPS local, but I ordered some items from an ebonyline.com.UPS delivered my parcel to the wrong address, the young lady who received my package, contacted me and stated she would return it, but eventually changed her mind. Despite several attempts made to contact personelle at UPS and the company I initially ordered from I was just given the run around. I decided to just deal with the young lady who essentially stold my package, however she implied I was harassing her by contacting her, but had she only returned the package to UPS or her local post office, there would be no need for me to have any interaction with her at all, I would not even be aware of her had she not contacted me in the first place. Where ever she is employed, I'm sure they would love to know what a dishonest a person they have in there employ. I was extremely impressed with how she maintained her composure and professionalism with such high volume! The store does a great job ensuring customers social distance, and they limit how many people can come in at one time. I have been using a box at this very busy UPS store (Greenfield and Rotunda in Dearborn) for 17 years and have never had anything but efficient and friendly service there. Never thought to look them up on Yelp, but stumbled across them when checking out Yelp reviews for other businesses in Dearborn. Frankly, I was very surprised to read some of the negative reviews as they are completely opposite to the service I receive and have noticed other customers receive. read more

Went in today to drop off a large awkward package for shipment. There was an elderly customer in front of me that was having a hard time making himself understood. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly patient. Worked with the poor man to get the it shipped out. Never lost his patience. Wish more of us treated our elders with so much respect. read more

Came in to try to get passport photos for me and my kids. The owner said she couldn't take pictures of my kids but can only do adult pictures because she doesn't have a stool! I'm assuming if you're taking passport pictures you take for everyone? She came off rude but there was a new worker who was friendly that's why I gave 3 stars for her. read more

I am a amazed at the Managers ability to be so rude! I decided to check out this location to set up a PO Box to receive packages. Upon entering I noticed an empty store. I stood at the register and waited a few minutes making noises hoping someone would hear me. After a few moments, an older blonde lady (The Manager) walked up to the register. "Yeah" she asked as if I was bothering her. I was a little turned off by that. I began to inquire about getting a PO Box and she again seemed like I was bugging her. An employee walked in and she immediately began screaming at him for being late IN THE MIDDLE OF TALKING TO ME. It was very embarrassing, conversations like that need to happen away from customers. Didn't even know that this place existed until a friend told me. They used to be Mails Etc but they got bought out by UPS. The staff that runs that place are excellent, patient and very helpful. This place is my choice of sending packages for business and personal use. Keep up the good work! read more

Staff here are super congenial and helpful. Location is convenient with parking out front and a convenience store a couple doors down. Their hours could be a little better but aren't that bad. read more

The manageer was so rude to me when I went in to ship a package that I left with the package unshipped. She really let me have it when she asked was my item inside the box bubble wrapped. I said no, and she laughed and said a bunch of mean stuff to me, not going here again! read more

I don't know why anyone complained. I had my label taped to the box, the box taped down correctly, and I walked in the store. 40, count 'em, 40 seconds later, I walked out. The guy smiled, took my box, asked if I needed tracking printed out, printed it, and invited me to have a good day. It was fine. The place was clean, there was another customer needing something, the guy behind the counter excused himself because he saw I needed to drop off, he helped me, I was out the door. It's a convenient place to get to, they did what I needed in under one minute, and I'm fine. I'll be back. read more

Very good UPS store, fast service. Gets the job done. On site computer and printing service. Good location and easy access. Can be more respectful/trusting instead of questioning the number of papers u just printed! In response to manager's comment, I know u have to know the number of pages customers print but it's the questioning of the number of pages after we have already told them the number. And I had a 5 star review posted just the day before then updated to three. read more

This place is horrible. There is an old lady at the desk. Horrible attitude. Snarky remarks. Make you feel insulted. I think they want the place to close down. I ship by USPS across the street or FedEx which is on Ford road now. I used to get about $1000 worth of deliveries made per month, moved everything out of UPS now. The lady think by beings a smart ass, she can run a business. I have no clue who hires these people. read more

service has been declining here for a long time, but today was the worst, with long lines of people out the door trying to get their packages processed for shipping. the store's hours were recently shortened, citing staffing shortages. this seems to be the case everywhere, but it does not entitle employees to be discourteous and among other things, disregard the order in which customers are waiting to be served. all of us who were waiting in line were orderly, but somehow there was still a state of chaos in the store -- a VERY cramped area even without people! -- with only 2 people seeming to work. this store seemed less chaotic during the christmas rush. it should be noted that until recently, only a few people were allowed into the store; masks were required for entry, but today, it was 50/50. being in such tight quarters made me a little skittish about my exposure to covid/omicron and mouthbreathers. anyway, my chief complaint about service today regards the older of the 2 woman who were behind the counter. she was attempting to multi-task, but failing miserably at it, confusing packages for delivery, as she did with mine. when i corrected her, she became very defensive and rude. however, she was too impatient to wait for me to show her the two return codes on my phone that i had held up and tuned up to return codes. i had shown her one and then the other, but then she mixed the packages. i was trying to toggle back to the first code on my phone to help clarify matters when she began serving another customer behind me -- as if i were not standing there! seriously. and this is after waiting over 20 minutes in line for service like a sardine. when i complained about how she should have completed my order before helping the man behind me, she replied that HIS package was ready to go. well, mine would have been ready to go, too, if she had been able to be more focused. as the transaction was completed, she literally SMASHED into my hand my receipt! she is a serious problem for this store and she needs to retire to make room for more competent and efficient people. i am tired of dealing with people like her in the service industry. although this is the closest UPS store to my home, i may have to go to the next closest place for better service and so should other customers in the dearborn area. ironically, she told a customer, "yes, please! give us a positive review! i don't know why our ratings are so low." really. read more

OMG, HORRIBLE & RUDE SERVICE!!!!!!!! (if there was a lower rating i would of gave it to them, because 1 star is way too much for them)..... i walked in to send a pkg and my kids were touching the hallmark card stand and the rude, disturbing, old lady working behind da counter started barking at my kids.... so i snapped on her and told her to calm down and direct her statements to me (their father).... if she would of just asked me respectfully to keep my kids away from the stand i would of been more than happy to take them away from there or even take them back to da car..... maybe it was that time of da month (or just maybe she wasn't getting any from her man) read more
