Or better yet buy here, pay here's all together!! I originally brought an 04 Ford Explorer XLT from here. Things were fine for about a day or two? Then the car starting steaming and overheating and stalling which then made me late to work. Almost costing me my promotion. After 2 weeks of over the phone battles they finally took the car back and gave me an 07 Suzuki XL7 the same day I got the car the airbag service light came on along with the check engine light and the oil light pressure low all came. They told me to give it some time. It was just serviced it might need a moment whatever. So bout a week later I was delivering a $500.00 catering order for my store and then the car starts to ding uncontrollably and shuts off. I had to get my manager to come get me and the catering order and afterwards had to walk back to my car where I towed it to their mechanic shop where I was told the car was unsafe to drive. After about a week of not having any car and being a caterer you kinda need one of those... I received a call and I get it back and things were smooth for another 3 weeks. Where it happened again. I said this is enough. I decided to take the car back they refuse to take it back. Even when I said it was a voluntary repo. They said I was responsible for two balances and threatened to take me to court. The two balances being the original Ford Explorer which they tacked onto the new loan without telling me. Then they also proceeded to throw in my face that they sold the Explorer to someone else and I was still responsible for both cars when someone else brought that car?! These guys are scam artists and I beg you guys to please not make the same mistakes I did.. that's all I have to say.

I tried to renew this "warranty" with company i was told it was through and i was informed they had NOOOO idea what i was talking about and such policy did not exist. Then my transmission went 6 months after i spent 7000 cash, and mechanic says no fluids were ever changed and transmission fluid was black, burnt, and most likely the original fluid. So all in all, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. SHAM. LEMONS. SMOKE AND MIRRORS.

My daughter filled out an application online and made an appointment to look at and test drive a car they called us an hour before the appointment to tell us that the owner took the keys home and now Noone can get a hold of him and we will get a call to reschedule. Two days later, we still hadn't heard from them to reschedule, so we called them they said they had no record of her filling out the application so she had to fill out the application again we tried to make am appointment for the next day at 6 they said they close at 7 and we can't come at 6, after fighting with them on it they finally made the appointment. She spoke to 3 different people, and they settled on a down payment agreement we drove the hour to get there only for them to tell us they sent the car out for service and it wasn't back yet and tried to get us to fill out paperwork before even seeing the car and recanted on the agreement on amount down. They couldn't even produce the car for a test drive. This place is sketchy, to say the least. Very unorganized, the sales men or whoever we dealt with was very rude and seemed to have mo clue what he was doing or talking about. He was probably just trying to waste time because they didn't even have the car they promised . DO NIT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE. This place is filled with shady untrustworthy people who barely speak English.

Frank really goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. He is always there for you and is very helpful and reliable. I can't thank him and the dealership enough for all the great service that I have received there.

This began as what I was told was a nearly **$3,800 A/C repair** on my 2019 Honda with just over…read more61,000 miles. What followed was over a month of phone calls, emails, corporate case management, technical research, and repeating requests for documentation before I finally received a complete explanation of what had actually happened to my vehicle. The most frustrating part wasn't that my car needed repairs-- it was how difficult it was to obtain clear, consistent information. When I initially picked up my vehicle after paying a $234.95 diagnostic fee, I was told my compressor, clutch, and coil had failed. I repeatedly asked for the diagnostic measurements that supported this conclusion, including refrigerant readings, leak test results, voltage measurements, and technician findings. I was repeatedly told those readings did not exist or were "N/A." I also repeatedly asked whether any refrigerant leak had been identified. At no point during those early conversations with the service advisor, service director, or Honda corporate was I informed that the technician had identified a compressor shaft seal failure. Only after weeks of persistent follow-up, a corporate case, multiple written requests, and public reviews did I receive an explanation from the assistant manager that the compressor shaft seal had failed, allowing refrigerant and compressor oil to leak, ultimately contaminating and damaging the clutch and coil assembly. That explanation changed my understanding of the repair entirely. To the dealership's credit, assistant manager Joe eventually stepped in, reviewed the case personally, acknowledged that the shaft seal leak should have been communicated to me from the beginning, is currently working to refund my diagnostic fee, obtained Honda approval to cover the compressor, clutch, coil, labor, and refrigerant, and worked toward resolving the situation professionally. I genuinely appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, my experience before that point was the opposite. I was left feeling dismissed when asking reasonable technical questions, specifically when dealing with the director Rick Tillotson. Calls were not returned as promised, which is what prompted me to start writing reviews, because that was the only way to get anyone's attention. At another point, I was initially told I could not retrieve my vehicle, only to have that position change after my husband became involved. Whether intentional or not, the difference in how those interactions felt is something I can't ignore, especially as a woman. I believe large corporations have a responsibility to examine the cultures and incentives they create. When communication repeatedly breaks down, customers receive inconsistent explanations, or people feel pressured into decisions they don't fully understand, those are often symptoms of larger organizational issues-- not just individual mistakes. Frontline employees, like service advisors, assistant managers, and technicians, shouldn't be expected to absorb the full weight of customer frustration if they're operating within a system they didn't design. Leadership and corporate levels should be just as accountable, if not more, for creating transparent, ethical customer experiences. This review is about a system that too often leaves customers at an information disadvantage. Most people are not automotive experts. They rely on dealerships to explain complex repairs honestly, completely, and in plain language. Customers should not have to become amateur mechanics, research service bulletins, contact corporate repeatedly, and escalate publicly simply to understand why they are being asked to spend thousands of dollars. For those interested, I've documented the full timeline, steps I took, and what I learned about protecting yourself during major car repairs below. Read more: https://qr.ae/pFoGFO

Bought my used truck here, to be 100% honest the purchase was a relatively easy headache free…read moretransaction, was a newer used f350 still under factory warranty. Upon leaving the dealership going home snyc 4 screen started glitching, call and they said bring it in it probably needs a update. This is where all the drama begins, took truck in spent half a day as they reprogramed it, never even got off the lot and screen still glitched was told to make another appointment and they would give me a loaner to drive. So I leave the truck 4 days and upon pickup was told we reprogrammed it, I'm like didn't you already do that ? Told its fixed, again upon leaving dealership screen starts glitching again so now I'm frustrated you've had my truck 5 days and nothing is fixed. Told bring it back will give you a loaner, get home and call ford customer service and open a claim and informed service and give them the claim number and was told you just complicated the whole process. I didn't understand till later why. Was told system put out a code that required the entire snyc 4 system be replaced it will be a week. Ok, as long as its fixed I'm ok with that, 8 days later no updates from service so I call and am told will call you back so I wait 2 hours no update so I call back and finally get someone on the phone, now keep in mind I can track when my truck is moved and last started via ford app. There also was a small trim piece on the roof and a trim piece to be replaced on the dash also and you have had my truck 8 days but it hasn't moved or been started in 5 days, the response from service is parts are 5 days out, also we replaced a power cable and the screen for snyc 4 and my response is you told me you were going to replace the entire snyc 4 system because when I took it in it had completely failed. It took these 3 trips to understand what was going on, prior owner had added stuff to the truck and damaged the power to snyc 4, and this was a issue when you sold me the truck with prior damage caused by previse owner but because the truck is under factory warranty they are trying to get ford to pay for it and its not a factory defect it was caused by old owner and your to cheap to own up to it and pay for the proper repair, hence why your annoyed I called ford customer service. I got loud with the service writer and yes I'm pissed, at this point you've had my new to me truck longer than i have, 13 days to be exact and I'm being told some parts are still 5 days out. Call sales and they take parts off another truck on the lot and mostly finish my truck and after a total of 14 days I get it back, minus the interior trim piece that was damaged by prior owner which was supposed to be ordered the day I purchased the truck. On a we owe slip I have documented that truck will pass inspection for tint I kinda knew it would fail and had to pay to have tint removed and was told we will reimburse you for that, that was 7 weeks ago not any reimbursement. Interior dash piece that was supposed to be ordered upon purchase of truck and I told them just mail it to me has never arrived 7 weeks later. Got a call 2 weeks ago asking how my service went and went trough the whole story and was told I'll have the service manager call you, that was 2 weeks ago and no call from service manager. 14 days my truck spent there and its still not complete, I went ahead and purchased the dash piece myself as I didn't want the hole in my dash. Cleary they played games trying to get ford to pay for the snyc 4 problem since I'm still within factory warranty, my opening a claim via customer service forced their hand but I had no idea at the time I simply wanted my truck fixed so service writer has no issue just plain out lying to you. Did i get loud and obnoxious, absolutely I did, the timeframe and constantly being told parts are 5 days out is outrageous, this was about service saving a few bucks as a snyc 4 system is expensive and they were trying to scam ford into paying for it. So never reimbursed for tint removal, purchased interior trim piece on my own dime, this is without a question the worst service department I've ever seen will lie to you and ford to save a few dollars and that comes down to a shady service manager policy. Again the sale wasn't to bad it was the shady service department that ruined this, avoid this place and don't expect any service after the sale. One thing that infuriates me more than anything is being lied to, there is no integrity or honesty within this service department.

They overfilled my air conditioner and told me it was fixed. If that wasn't caught it could have blown my condenser. I didn't even get to drive the truck home, after I signed the papers I was informed they needed to keep it a week to look it over. to make sure I was getting a good truck, and to clean it. What I got back was a dirty disgusting truck, that would need to worked on five more times in three months. I got a call from their warranty dept. Told me I was gonna get a refund because I paid for parts that were under warranty ( I told the lead mechanic it was ) a month later, no money sent, when I call I am ignored. You have been warned.

TLDR: Scam alert!!! Responded to ad on mainstream car sales search website. Asked all standard…read morequestions and they tell me car is available. They ask us to come in; they follow up via text an hour before we get there making sure we're still coming, then magically upon arrival, the car "just sold" without them bothering to text us to tell us not to come in, BUT they have a bait and switch they can sell us. Several days later, the fake car is still up online. This folks, is a straight up SCAM! * * * * Just had a very negative experience at Sharon Hill Auto Sales. Drawing business with fake inventory displayed on popular car-buying sites is NOT a good business model. I really hope they decide to rethink their practices. Called ahead, they confirmed car we found online was there, no other interest. Went over doc fees and other standard questions. They texted us just after we left home at 3:30pm, asking if we were still coming. Our prompt reply stated yes. They replied that they'd be there until 6pm. An HOUR in DelCo traffic hell later, and we arrived. Guy comes out (did not introduce himself) asked if we were us (used our names), and asks how we're going to pay (right there in the lot before we saw the car). No, not using their financing, we're all set with payment ready. Then he asks us to go inside. First he tells us the car is "on another lot". Then he tells us there is a dent shown in one photo that isn't there anymore. Then he says the car will be there in a "couple" minutes, then a "few" minutes. I ask how long because my time is already wasted. Then he says we should go get something to eat and come back in an hour. Nothing added up. What kind of downtrodden people does he deal with that are willing to hang out in congested (sometimes dangerous) Sharon Hill for an hour doing nothing? We left to get in our car, feeling annoyed and lied to. Then the guy comes out after us, saying oh actually the other car "just sold" because it "has a deposit" and do we want to look at his other similar options? He's kidding, right? I'd have left immediately but husband wasted time to bite. The "similar option" had double the mileage for same model year and same price. Hell no! TOTAL SCAM!!! I'm very confident their listings are all or mostly all fake scams to draw buyers. For example, the car we saw advertised is still posted several days later, which clearly is BS, and actually fraud. I think the dent story was to try to make it sound more believable like this car did exist and that maybe another option was better? It was all very odd superfluous info that definitely showed me how much effort they put into their sales game BS. Regardless of their make believe stories, I definitely don't touch dealing with crazy nonsense from untrustworthy people. Decent dealers don't lie because of principles, and because they know it just earns them sh!tty online reviews, so I guess Sharon Hill Auto chooses to learn the hard way. How you know a dealer is lying and bottom-feeder creepy: -Why text us to make sure we were coming if there was no car? (Because it was a fake car and a scam) -Why not follow up text us if it "sold" so we didn't waste the trip they KNEW we were making? (Because it was a fake car and a scam) -Why lie and tell us to waste an hour of our night hanging out waiting for nonexistent inventory? (Because it was a fake car and a scam) Over 2 hours plus mileage wasted for nothing. I would never trust actually buying a car here. If the inventory is a BS make believe game to them, you can bet the cars themselves are full of issues! This useless waste of our time ruined our entire evening and my son missed 90% of a school event because we NEEDED to replace our car, and trusted this place, but they LIED! Hope these folks get treated in kind wherever they go! They deserve it!
