I called this dealership for advice regarding programming my key fob. Initially, the first time I contacted them everything was very professional. I didn't get the information I needed the first day because the technicians were busy. The next morning, I called in and kept getting transferred to some idiot. I was shocked how bad I was treated. I had the phone dropped on me multiple times after getting called a SmallD*ck, C*cksucker. I finally managed to get in contact with some guy named Steve. That man was very professional, and I hope he took care of the dumbass that was giving me trouble. I'd give Steve five stars. At the moment, this dealership only gets one star because of Steve. If it wasn't for Steve, I'd give it a zero. read more

Good cop bad cop with pricing and getting a deal done. I won't buy another motorcycle from them with non existent customer service and sales people who appear to not know anything. This is now a Fiat-Alfa Romeo dealer. I've been bringing my cars here for service for many years. They do fantastic work! The service is always performed properly and with quick turn-around. They never try to upsell you on servcies they don't think you need. But, you also never leave there feeling like somthing was missed. They're very thorough. And the price is always very reasonable. This dealership is now the Fiat and Alfa-Romeo dealership, so I think that should be updated in the title but as far as the dealership itself, I had such a great experience here! Everyone who worked there seemed really nice, and the whole process of figuring out how to finance the car was much more simple here than at other dealerships I was shopping around at. I worked specifically with Wendell, he was very helpful from the minute I stepped onto the lot and clearly took the time to listen to my needs and concerns instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive car (which was the negative experience I had at a dealership in Delaware). He clearly knew a lot about the Fiat and Alfa Romeo which was really helpful for me in deciding my options in financing a new car, and he was willing to really make sure I was satisfied with both my experience at the dealership and the car I'd end up choosing. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends especially if they have an interest in Fiats or Alfas :) read more

Brought in my motorcycle with a flat tire. It's a tube type, so there's the visible outer part of the tire and a tube that holds the pressure underneath. They only replaced the tube since the outer tire was still ok. I asked what had punctured it and they had not found anything. Keep in mind that the tube is completely covered by the outer tire which means any punctures in the tube had to go through both. I rode it home and the tire went flat again. This time it was actually holding some pressure so I could hear where the hissing was coming from. There was a small piece of debris in the outer wall of the tire right in the tread and I could stop the hiss by putting my finger over it. I called them back and they told me unless I could prove it was their fault that it wasn't their problem. So yeah. One hole in the same tire wall for two flats. Something tells me you guys missed it and it blew the new tube on the ride home. I ride that way five days a week to work and got two flats in a row through the same hole. Right. read more

My experience with D'Ambrosio auto group was the worst I've had in purchasing an automobile or Motorcycle. I purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson for around twelve thousand dollars and I didn't find out until after being on the highway traveling to another state and back home that the bike they sold me had never been serviced or inspected since they received it as a trade-in over a year ago. It really bothered me to know that I was traveling at highway speeds on a bike that at any time could have malfunctioned and brought me to my death or had me severely injured . As dangerous as it already is riding motorcycles it's hard for me to believe that something like this could have been overlooked, but I guess their focus was more on making a sale than the safety of a customer. Also, the tires on the bike just barley passed inspection which I believe if they would have gotten the bike inspected before selling it the technician would have recommended replacing the tires. Prospective buyers aware of this dealership and the negligence of their staff because no one should have to experience what I've been through with this dealership. read more

Worst car buying experience ever.... Had to replace my car when it was monatary totalled in an accident, with no fault of my own. Thought I found a reliable reasonaly priced car here, within my budget. It has so far been a nightmare, my husband is in the garage now trying to fix the newest squelling noise so I don't have to suffer through the sales or service center for the 4th time in the 12 days i've owned the car. They were supposed to have replace a belt before selling the car, found out the 1st time in, replaced the belt which was not the cause of the painfully loud squelling 2nd time, replaced pulley 3rd time and now when you 1st start it it squels. I'm about to qualify for the Lemon law here. Not the faintest level of customer service or that they even give a crap about what is happening here. Dodging sending me a copy of the used car warranty or allowing me to talk with the mysterious manager Nick, nor has there been any attempt to take responsibility for there multiple failures. I would never dream of buying from them again or even trading up to a different car only to start this over again....stay away. read more
