Service was requested and scheduled but due to a lack of communication the owner, Amber Krause failed to telephone call me to get my address after I gave no response when she asked for my address. When verifying my appointment today, she got hostile and began to yell at me when I asked her do you all call your new clients when they don't respond to questions after the booking was confirmed for Saturday and a time was given to obtain more information like my address. I was clearly under the impression after I gave her my information and a time that she had asked for that my booking was finalized. I didn't even see the message come in about my address due to being sick, packing, Christmas, work, and so forth that I called myself to verify. However, whew, I am so happy that I did not go with her company if a simple question ticked her off. Customer service goes a long way. ***In response to your comment below, I was hostile with you. LOL. So not true. I guess that explains why once I asked you about a manager you said you were the owner, I said ok, have a blessed day and hung up. Again, bad customer service. I can see why your prices your are so low. You pay for what you get. Your comment back to me also proves the point. If we didn't have an exchange in communication then I would agree with you about following up with new clients. But we literally set up a date and time, and you had my number to confirm my address. I had not had my Master Bedroom Carpet cleaned for several years. My friend had a min-commercial cleaner & she would run it. It would take up some dirt and stains but it seemed they came right. I finally called to get carpet cleaned because I was having g company staying at my house. I found C & C in Yelp and they had some good reviews, so I called them. They sent the nicest young guy who went straight to work. He did tell me upfront that it wouldn't look new (it is 16 years old) and I have two dogs. He was very professional from the get go. We walked through the house so I could show him the areas to be cleaned and I pointed out particular stains/spots that I did not expect him to remove because others have not been able to. He said he would try his best to remove them. He cleaned two bedrooms, dining room, and living room. The end result...a fantastic job. He removed spots that I thought had become permanent. He was very thorough and missed no areas. I don't recommend very often but this company should be considered if you need your carpets cleaned. You will not be disappointed in the service. Travis came and did all of my carpets and clean all of the grout in my tile. The result was amazing! The grout looks like it was laid yesterday and the carpets look new as well. Of course, results May vary depending upon how dirty your carpet and tile starts off with, but I know that my carpet was four years old and my tile was 13 years old and both of them look brand new. Additionally, the price that I was charged was embarrassingly low, considering the amount of work in the results that I got, I would definitely recommend this company for carpet or tile cleaning to anybody who has those needs. read more

It's okay. The reason I'm giving it a three is because I moved everything out of the way, the only furniture that was in the rooms were the beds and dressers, which were high enough to go underneath them, a recliner in my bedroom and a sofa-bed in the office. And even those I moved so they could clean where they usually are, close to the wall, but then they didn't moved them back, so they left spots without cleaning. They literally go around the furniture and that's it. They also forgot to clean a bedroom closet. I was surprised as to how quickly he did four bedrooms and an office. It's an average clean. They did accommodated to clean an area rug I had in the garage for a few months last minute, but again not as clean as I would've expected, since their reviews are pretty good. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should've been. Update: I received a call from, who I assume is the employee's boss, to apologize for my experience and to let me know they were coming back to finish what wasn't done. At least in customer service I can give them 5 stars. read more

Wow! We are very impressed with this company. Husband and wife team-super friendly and professional. My carpets were getting so bad we thought about pulling them up and replacing them. I'm so glad we decided to get them cleaned instead. They are so much better than before, they smell great, look great, and have life to them again.
