Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs!

Nice young couple did a great job. I requested them again and was told they no longer served my area. As I was scheduling the job I received immediate pushback over helping me move a coffee table. I have a small (1 ft x 1 ft) area that was dirtier than the rest ( right under my desk) . " Can't guarantee we can get that clean without some special stuff that costs more." Danson Carpet Care brought my tile floor back to life. Not only does the grout look great, but the…read moretile too! They arrived within the two hour window they provided. Roger, the owner was present along with another friendly associate. They first scrubbed the floor after putting down a cleaning solution. Then they used water pressure to loosen all the built up dirt. They used fans to dry the floor then applied a sealer to the grout. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional service! My floors actually look clean for the first time. When I would clean the floors I would see dirt on my mop, but the floors still looked dirty. It's a great feeling to have a floor that looks like you cleaned it lol! Give Roger and his staff a call if you have any floor cleaning needs. I'll be calling them back to clean my carpets soon!

The grout looked mismatched prior, but they got everything looking matched up now. Also had our carpets cleaned and were able to get worker and dog stains out nicely. Will use again and I highly recommend these guys!
