We have used cleaning services before and this one by far is a gem. I wanted to write this review to sing her praises and at the same time, didnt want to share what we found. . This cleaning service is hard working and they go above and beyond expectations. My daughters room was a mess, but when they finished with it, it looked like we had just moved in. She confirmed a specific day and time -- but never showed up. We waited for hours with no updates. After many messages, she finally replied saying she would come the next day. Again, she didn't show, didn't answer calls, and completely ignored texts. She left us scrambling at the last minute with no backup and no explanation. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never trust her again, especially for something as important as a move-out cleaning.
