What I appreciated was that he paid attention to detail, especially on areas that needed it the most. There were some particular areas that were delicate, so he made sure to not use any pressure from the machine and hand washed it instead. I also asked to remove two medium sized trash on the roof, which he did, and then some. I didn't know, but the roof was littered with more trash than I expected. He went ahead and took care of that too. On top of that, his team cleaned all of the vent pipe covers because he saw that they were dirty. Good customer service. Called before and after the job. Seamless process and super friendly guy. The bid was a little higher than some others, but sometimes it's hard to find good help that you can trust. read more

This is the second time I've used Chase at Champion to wash my windows. Not only is he super efficient, reliable, professional and personable, he's also extremely knowledgeable. I had a privacy window added in my primary bath over two years ago (right before he washed my windows the first time) and he informed me it has a vacuum seal leak. Had I hired some random "handyman" to wash my windows, this likely would have gone undetected, and by the time it became apparent to the regular person's eye, it would've been out of warranty and I'd be having to pay for another new window. I contacted Champion about getting my house washed, as well as my driveway and gutters. Chase replied quickly, and said that they were booked through Wednesday of the following week, and we agreed on a time. He contacted me the next day to let me know that someone had rescheduled, and if it was ok, he could stop by within the hour. Not only did he stop by and give a reasonable estimate on doing the house and driveway, he said my gutters weren't as bad I thought and that he recommended I hold off on doing those for a while. The house and driveway look brand new, and I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking to get their house or driveway done should at least talk to him first. CHAMPION methodically went from window to window and scrapped off old paint, mold, mildew and water stains then squeegeed the exterior and interior glass sparkling clean. He uses soap and water and does it all by hand, He does not use the water fed extension poles that can leave hard water marks and the results are much better. When requesting a quote for pressure washing my home, I received many instant replies presenting a flat $100-$200 for a 1 story home, sight unseen. First off- I don't live in a mansion but my house isn't tiny either, $100 to me is not close to what a professional with insurance* and knowledge would be worth. Champion offered a free onsite estimate, took a look around and gave me a fair quote while also providing me with expectations. Eg: years of hard water stains that might not come off come completely, etc. Eddie was knowledgeable, upfront, and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I was very disappointed in the end result. I ended up paying them for the power washing only and cancelling the window washing because they just didn't do a great job. First, they were really late, by several hours. They did not pretreat the areas with chemicals which they claimed they would do and they definitely did not get rid of the algae/mold in multiple areas or treat it all with chemicals to discourage future growth. I own a power washer myself and it's definitely not a commercial grade one like they had, but I know from power washing my stone decking myself that many of the areas they claimed were the natural color of the rock were in fact mold. I even scratched some off with my fingernail to show them and they said they said it was "dangerous" to pressure wash stone. (I've done it before. Stone washed just fine). I wanted to pay someone to do it because this time I just didn't have time but they weren't good. What they did looks better than it was before...but It wasn't a high quality end result. They also told me they could take a credit card ahead of time which was something I wanted to do - then said they could only take cash or check, not a credit card. I wouldn't recommend them. It wasn't cheap and it wasn't worth the money. read more

Just saw the 5 star review from "Chase" in Magnolia. One of the guys who comes out is named Chase and the company is in Magnolia. A coincidence?? Any chance they're writing their own 5 star review?? Also, looked at my notes from the quote he originally gave me--which he said was still good when I called him to come out--and it said it was $120 for the outside and $100 for the inside (including cleaning the tracks). So when I told him I didn't want to pay the additional $64 to clean the tracks to do the inside. he added that $65 onto the outside price and charged $185 for the outside! Again, a real con artist. In addition, my first review said the job was OK, but when I looked at the back windows on the second floor, the screen frames were still dirty, so I can't even say the job was good.
