We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. I was told four separate times that they would call me; no calls ever came. Only times that I could get any sort of update was to physically go down to their shop. The owner told me he would try different strategies and call, but he never called. Several times both my wife and I called and they'd never answer, I left several messages. Finally went down and got my truck after the third week and one day. After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. Not very happy with service or the communication they provided. Definitely would not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time.

My son was driving his 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser from Maine to Bozeman, MT. We had a friend to…read morecheck in with and he recommended I call Ed's for an inspection before finishing the final leg. They knew what to look for and scheduled me for 7 am to ensure if we had issues, they'd have time to address them. We were greeted with an energetic, "You made it!" I gave them an update on a brake noise that developed 600 miles earlier. By 9 am, the mechanic sent me a video of her findings, three missing bolts in a new caliper installed in Maine. She secured replacement bolts, installed with lock-tight and properly torqued them. When we picked up, they informed of checking all belts and fluids and torquing all four tires. They also insisted we have the tires torqued again after 150 miles. Great assistance and we were on the road to Bozeman.
