I was surprised that they serviced as far as San Bernardino County. Upon arrival and through the whole process, they were very professional and courteous. The cleaned all my windows quickly and efficiently, leaving no streaks or water marks in site. It was the first time having my windows cleaned inside and out since living in my home and I wish I would have called them sooner! They made the process easy and convenient. Their prices were very reasonable and they even offered me screen repair! Which I of course took them up on and they were able to complete the work same day within a couple of hours. I would certainly recommend this company to any one looking to get their windows cleaned!!! They also informed me they offer other services such as screen repair, pressure washing and gutter cleaning (which I have already scheduled to be done next!). In 35 years of home ownership, I never had my windows professionally cleaned. After having an incredible experience with Charlie and his crew, I am now happily committed to the quarterly plan. For my first visit, I chose to do the screens myself, but had Charlie do the windows inside and out. What a difference! Many of my windows are the equivalent of a 3rd story, and this posed no problem for Charlie. One pair of windows could not be reached with the ladder, so he said he would return the following week with another attachment. As I was so thrilled with the overall service, I really didn't expect him to return. Wrong! He was good to his word and returned the next week. The following quarterly visit was done by 2 of his crew. They too were prompt, extremely polite, very professional and just plain delightful. I had C and C Window Cleaning come out, and I was embarrassed. we bought the house last year and after 8 months of renovations and lots of dust the windows/screens were dirty. To add to the dirt, it looked looked like the previous owner hadn't ever had the windows or screens cleaned! I talked to Charlie, who promptly returned my call, and we set up a date. His partner came over and worked at a steady pace cleaning each screen and window. He even took the time to clean off a multitude of fly dirt with a razor blade. We have big picture windows facing west and the dust from the canyon and Hwy take its toll. After he was done, it took about three hours, I could truly appreciate the beautiful view! He was the nicest guy and I felt very comfortable with him working in the house. I would recommend C&C in a heart beat. I got an Amazon deal and thought I would give these guys a go to clean my very grimy North Park windows. We live on a busy street so there's always gross road dust everywhere. I wasn't sure they would make much of a difference, but wow! The windows look a million times better! Charlie was prompt, courteous and even gave me some good advice on trimming up a potted jade plant. He also fixed some screen corners that broke as he went along - I love it when people take pride in their work and really do a top notch job. My only regret is that I didn't take him up on cleaning the INSIDE of the windows too as he suggested for just a bit more cash. read more

They made the process so easy. I called to make an appointment for the following week, but as fate would have it they were in my same neighborhood (Bird Rock) working on another home. The crew was at my house within the hour, cleaned all screens, tracks and did an expert job on the window cleaning itself. We had C&C do our windows for the first time yesterday and were very happy with their work.. They arrived on time and stayed close to four hours. We have about 20 windows, with several of them at least 22 feet off the ground. The windows hadn't been cleaned in about two years.
