We had Ascension clean our windows last December. I took time to explain to the cleaner that we had a security alarm system and he needed to be careful with our window screens in both cleaning them and in being sure they are put back on the same windows. I showed him that the alarm worked before he started. When he was finished, I went to turn our alarm on and it would not set. His attitude was "so what?" and left. I had to pay to have our security company make a visit and find why the system would not set. Sure enough, they identified several window screens that had been trashed from the cleaning. I reported this to Ascension and asked for a refund or credit since they cost me more in damages than I had paid them. They didn't care and didn't refund me anything. I will never use this company again and you should consider not using them either! Punctual, polite and professional. Sol and Tony did an amazing job going above and beyond by helping me move the furniture that I forgot to move and all the cushions (it's a big job)! Additionally, they took my weathered 10 year old Spanish tile roof and made it look brand new. Sol showed me pictures beforehand and found some broke tiles that they fixed. My gutters had created a big streak of mildew and black stuff running down the side of my house. A couple of weeks ago, my neighbor was getting their roof and walkways power-washed by Ascension Home Services. As their job was wrapping up, I walked over and spoke with Ascension employee, Sol, to ask it it was possible to clean the embedded dirt, grime and rust stains from the driveway (including tire marks), walkways and patio of my own home. We called Ascension to hang Christmas lights on our tall two story house in Scripps Ranch. We can hang and place lights throughout our yard and windows but the roof gets very dangerous. The company came out quickly to give an estimate. They use their own lights, their own clips and their own cords. They take care of installation, hooking it up, maintenance if needed and removal in January. It's a one stop shop for hanging lights. They are also insured and very professional. The installers came out in one day and got the job done in less than an hour. They used custom professional grade wiring and LED lights in both multicolor or warm white. Although I originally wanted multicolor, the warm white LED lights gave it a good contrast multicolor windows/walls and it made roof line pop more. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable.
