We had OnPoint clean our 12 rooftop solar panels on our 2-story house. We had some questions and concerns about the cleaning, which they answered and addressed. We could see that our panels were dirty from the ground, but the before and after photos really showed just how dirty they were. They used super soft brushes and purified filtered water, no detergents or other products that can leave a film. The price was reasonable. It took about 30 minutes or so from start to finish for our panels. Marlin and Taylor were personable and professional. They also provide window washing, power washing and other services. I noticed the performance of my panels had gone slightly down. I read online that the panels need cleaning and I didn't even know this was something that needed to be done. I requested a quote from OnPoint Solar Panel Cleaning on yelp and they responded via message within 10 minutes. They asked how many panels I had and they were able to give me quote within 20 minutes.
