The Balloon Box made our wedding so special! It was one of the centerpieces of our wedding, and all the guests loved taking pictures in front of the balloons. It really made a huge difference for our wedding. The quality of balloons from The Balloon Box is amazing. Nikole is extremely responsive and made sure that the balloon design would match the decor with everything else in the wedding. She provided suggestions on where to put the balloons and coordinated with our florist and our wedding coordinator to ensure that the balloons arrived on time and smoothly. I would definitely recommend The Balloon Box for any occasion and especially special moments like a wedding.

Due to several really busy weeks, we ended up not having a chance to plan anything for our daughter's 15th birthday. I tried to find a place to do balloons last minute, but as expected, no one could accommodate our order. Nicole has made another party absolutely spectacular! She has helped us countless times and everytime we are shocked at home beautiful her balloon displays are. I sent her a few insp photos and asked her to do what she thought would look best, and it was so perfect. We especially loved the music notes and disco balls. The event was a special birthday celebration for my wife who was becoming Medicare official. As I searched for creative balloon companies, I found The Balloon Box. Nikole was easy to work with and I wanted a Medicare humored theme to the balloons. She provided some ideas and I narrowed the choices. Any questions that I had along the way, Nikole responded promptly. I gave them an hour window to arrive at the restaurant to deliver and set up. Initially very good communication with Nikole. She worked with my budget but on the day of they just dropped off the balloons at my front door and RAN! For almost $100 "delivery & set up fee" I was shocked. There was a misunderstanding of a missing balloon (a large astronaut for my space theme party) and I was told via text (because they left my house so fast) it would be more expensive etc, that was fine but face to face communication or a photo of the balloon arrangements before bringing them would have solved the problem.... I probably would have said no problem, I'll pay more but they don't care about customer satisfaction, they are just in it for the money. There was no apology for miscommunication, how can we make this right, NOTHING. Very expensive especially the delivery (I had two small arrangements and a medium sized arrangement- could have fit in my own SUV) on the upside, arrangements were cute but not worth what I paid...very disappointed for what I spent and seemed like they could care less that I was... take your business elsewhere like I should have.... read more

I used the bloom box for the first time for my niece's bridal shower. I contacted Nikole 5 days before the event, and she went above and beyond to make sure we have our balloons for the event. Nikole was very kind, outstanding to work with and she exceeded our expectations! The balloons were beautiful, and it was delivered, and setup was done hours before the expected time. Also, when they delivered, they noticed that I did not order enough for all tables. So, they added more balloons decorations to all the tables without the extra charge. The Balloon Box NEVER disappoints. I have used them for our last 6 Grand Opening ceremonies and each time I am impressed by not only the stunning balloon creations, but the speed of communication and willingness to accommodate my VERY early morning requests.
