Workmen also placed paint orders over the phone and they had it ready for them when they arrived. I came in for trim paint and puddy to patch some door holes and give it a fresh updating. Erica in the paint department was extremely helpful along with Joanne. Because I wasn't exactly sure of the trim color I should use, Erica gave me some paint samples along with a color wheel I could borrow and take home so I could choose the right color for my trim. That would never happen at Lowe 's or Home Depot.. color wheels are expensive. Warrenvillle Hardware only uses good paint like Benjamin Moore. They have a nice selection of wallpaper and blinds too. I can see why this business is so popular with the locals. It's been around since I was a kid, before all the farms were turned into mega homes and businesses.
