We accepted their recommendation and recently they completed the work. Today I removed our xmas decorations and found many scraps from the gutters. There were sharp pieces of metal in the garden, walkways and lawn. These pieces are sharp and dangerous. We have grandchildren that often play in the yard and these pieces could cause serious injury. Upon discovering a manufacturers defect in our siding that was put up in 2021, I contacted Chris…read more(owner). He stopped here that day to see the siding. He explained he had it happen to 2 other houses during covid... but not as bad as mine. The other homeowners probably saw this sooner than I did. Long story short, Chris contacted the company that made the siding.... followed up every step if the way, including ordering the siding once it was approved as warranty work, and scheduling the repairs. As soon as the siding arrived, Chris put me on the schedule the following Monday (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS GOING TO BE AWAY ON VACATION!!!). His emloyees showed up at 8 am Monday, worked all day, returned Tuesday and completed the job by lunch time. They wouldn't return my calls and the owner kept saying he would call me back and I had to keep calling and left messages. He texted me and said he hadn't forgotten about me and would call me back first thing in morning but never did. :( I figured they are busy but it would nice to be professional to keep to their word to call me back and let me know. Disappointing since they were great on the first project. I guess it's hard to find good reliable help these days.
