They claim because it's a digital entry facility your items are more protected. But what are you supposed to do when it's management you need protection from. It trued to pay for my unit they locked me out of the website to make the payment. After they took over I was unable to see who entered and exited my unit or the gate. Just all of a sudden I was unable to see any activity when it came to my unit. I bluffed them when they were auctioning my unit off because I knew they were crook's. The day of the auction I sent a receipt of payment that wasn't real in hope I could give myself more time to stop them from their illegal actions. I was on the phone with them miniturs before the auction was to take place they confirmed they got the receipt and told me my unit wasn't going to be auctioned off. I made them confirm this via Email they still auctioned my unit off as I knew they would. So when I called a few days later I got the response I knew I would get they auctioned off my unit. Then attacked me about the receipt. I then told them if they knew it was fraudulant when hadn't they contacted law enforcement about it. But we both already knew they had long before the auction taken my unit. I was unable to find my unit anywhere on any storage auction site. Knew exactly what happened like the thieves they are they stole my unit took what they wanted and auctioned off the rest. This is how they operate. Do not use this facility your unit will unlawfully be entered by these individuals and they have the power to manipulate their own security system so that you won't even know they entered your unit.

I'm writing this review after multiple issues we've had with this business. First off, we were…read morelocked out of our unit "by mistake" - Ownership put their own lock on our unit, and after multiple calls it was determined they locked the wrong unit.. Ok, I guess... Moving forward to this last instance, we were contacted by a rep at the lot about a balance that was due - fine, i get it.. and Let's be real 2020 was rough on EVERYONE! I'm sure lot's of people got behind in one way or another... We offered to come make a payment on the account that day, and the rep told my mother the owner was out of town, and she would get back to us about the amount due. The next correspondence we get is from the owner telling us we've been locked out and the storage unit will be auctioned off.. Excuse me? We still have no idea what balance is due.. What kind of response is this for an owner to give a customer IN ANY type of business? I'll be contacting them myself, paying the balance due, getting our belongings out of there and spreading the word about their horrible customer service! The move in deal was very much appreciated. I liked that Rock Safe has lights and power available on each row if needed. I also like the style of lock used at this facility. My only complaint is the client restroom at exterior of the main office was locked early, before the gate closing time. As an older female, that made it very inconvenient to have to leave the property, drive home then come back. Please post hours that restroom is open so I can better plan my visit periods. It should be open till 8 pm ( closing time). Thus a score of only 4 stars.

I have managed a different storage facility, and worked at another. It's not that difficult to be pleasant and helpful. Because of their poor customer service, I do my transactions online. But when I tried to pay my bill, the website had been "improved", making it impossible to navigate. So when I called to office to get help, all I got was abruptness, condescension, and attitude. I'll be moving my things out of their overpriced facility the first chance I get.
