I needed to move some stuff into storage. I found Rock Safe website easy to use and was able to book a unit online. I found the manager very kind and helpful. The move in deal was very much appreciated. I liked that Rock Safe has lights and power available on each row if needed. I also like the style of lock used at this facility. My only complaint is the client restroom at exterior of the main office was locked early, before the gate closing time. As an older female, that made it very inconvenient to have to leave the property, drive home then come back. Please post hours that restroom is open so I can better plan my visit periods. It should be open till 8 pm ( closing time). Thus a score of only 4 stars. read more

All around fantastic experience at Rock Safe Self Storage. The facilities are new and very clean. Logistics to access the units are great allowing moving trucks and trailers to easily pull in front of the units. I felt very comfortable leaving our belongings here for a extended period of time. Amazing. Gina (manager) has been really great via phone/setup. We arrived and everything went smoothly (we didn't even have to step foot in the office). The unit/entire facility is brand new and super clean. I was impressed when I opened the unit door. All clean/swept! They have a super clean bathroom for customers to use at all times as well. I was recently looking for a storage unit and I travel past the Rock Safe storage on the mesa alot so I noticed it was new. I compared unit prices and Rock Safe is very affordable compared to others. I ended up getting a 10 x 10 instead of 5 x 10 because it still about half what I paid in Slo last time for half the size. The units are very clean and new and they have easy access with individual alarms. The manager and staff were very helpful and great with customer service. Also get free use of a moving truck with move in and 2nd month free. That is definately worth it if looking for a storage unit. I've had 2-3 units here over the last 2 years. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The facility is the cleanest I've seen anywhere, never any issues with bugs or rodents. The second month is free, they've got a moving truck if you need it and you'll get refunded for any unused days upon move out.
