The person on the phone told me the minimum, and when he came to fix it, that was all we were charged. I wasn't actually home when they came to fix our faucet, by my fiance was, and he said the service was fine. They did not require payment before the service, rather sent a bill. We will use this plumbing service again if needed (though hopefully it's not)!

They came out within a day of calling to make sure that our existing plumbing would work with the new sink and there would be no surprises. Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged.
