The person on the phone told me the minimum, and when he came to fix it, that was all we were charged. I wasn't actually home when they came to fix our faucet, by my fiance was, and he said the service was fine. They did not require payment before the service, rather sent a bill. We will use this plumbing service again if needed (though hopefully it's not)!

Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged.
