The person on the phone told me the minimum, and when he came to fix it, that was all we were charged. I wasn't actually home when they came to fix our faucet, by my fiance was, and he said the service was fine. They did not require payment before the service, rather sent a bill. We will use this plumbing service again if needed (though hopefully it's not)!

After shutting off the water, I called Doug with Gateway and he showed up 20 minutes later. Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. When done, he offered to fix any other minor plumbing issues we had since he was already at the house. A fixed leaky toilet and shower head later, he was done. The entire process, start to finish, was under $100.
