We pulled off the freeway to the nearest exit and found Grease Monkey. Before I could walk into the office a very nice young man was there to greet me. The staff took a look for us and determined that they could not fix the problem for us, but were able to use a few items they had on hand to get it road worthy enough to finish our trip and back home. I am so thankful for their assistance and professionalism. The staff here are incredible. I highly recommend this business, especially if you live in the area.

Very disappointed on my visit for a fuel filter change on my truck. I ask the front desk guy to check on the tech bc I was worried he will brake the cap. The manager replied" everyone here is certified". He took over and had the cap off in a few minutes, he came back and gave me some off the wall excuse regarding the first tech. Also, on the rear filter somehow the managed to brake the drain valve and again he gave me some off the wall excuse on why it broke. They order the part and replaced it the next day. Again, the manager was very condescending and trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favor by replacing the cap. Newer truck that is in great shape. I am done trying to support business with below average work mechanical experience and no supervision of inexperience employees.
