It was the best decision I've made in a long while. As another reviewer noted Audra also met me at the flooring shop and helped me pick out a lovely luxury vinyl plank and I am very happy with the results. Her husband Jeremy is also the lead installer and his crew was professional, punctual and spot on with their time estimate. Today, September 3, 2025 they are about to finish up. So as the deadline slowly creeped up I panicked. I grabbed the phone and called Sotelo. These guys came by to check the house the same day, sent me an estimate that evening and began the next morning. They worked 12-14 hour days 4 days straight to finish my house in time for listing. They were extremely polite and helpful, even offering to help me move furniture around the house when it was too heavy for me to do alone. I can tell you how impressed I was with their work ethic and the final product. I found a couple spots that needed adjustments and without complaint or hesitation they jumped right on it. I know what a hard job it was and how stressful it had to be for them with the time constraints but they guys were above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I will NEVER try to do flooring alone again. I'm calling this company every time!
